The rooms were neat and clean. Spacious. Excellent place for family. Pools are clean.

The aircon did not work all 5 days was very hot even with fans. No backup during loadsheding. Lounge needs blinds gets too hot in morning and evening.

The estate is amazing, the apartment is big and can fit 8 people comfortably. Beautiful view from the balcony. The house is cleaned everyday on week days and there is a dishwasher.

There were no provisions for loadshedding except a light, no gas stove to make breakfast or coffee and we were there in stage 6. The town itself is also not very well equipped for loadshedding. Port Edward isn't the nicest town, there is not a lot to do if you have rainy weather. The balcony is right next to the neighbour's balcony so it's a bit awkward when you and the neighbours have a braai as you look right into each other.

Very peaceful area also a beautiful place but needs attention. Beds and lounge very comfortable

Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Kitchen very untidy. Dishes were dirty and some cracked. Maids were very rude. Didn't want to provide toilet rolls and towels or dish cloths. Maids cleaned anyhow. Didnt even dress the beds properly. Braai area was never cleaned after we used it. Bin was filthy. Beautiful place but needs urgent attention.

Aircon did not work. The Bathrooms need attention.

I like almost everything about the place, very peaceful and kids friendly. The cleaners especially Beauty, she's the best and very friendly my kids loved her so much. The security at the gate, very friendly and easy to talk to. The place was very neat and comfortable.

Switched are very old, very hard to switch them on and off. And the fact that I had to bring my own hair dryer.

The views were awesome, rooms spacious and comfortable, beautiful place except for the bathrooms which desperately needs a revamp

Bathrooms are very disappointing, urgent need of upgrade, I used slippers in the shower due to grime, unhygienic. Disappointing for the Caribbean Estates brand and reputation

The house is exactly like pictures, beds and linen clean, had extra warm blankets for the Cold nights, the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff, Beauty was so welcoming. Thank you to Mr Jai Jai for accommodating the one extra child with no costs and not turning us away.

I love this unit. My family enjoy the estate and facilities. Our kids have lots of space to play and the view is amazing. Very well maintained and clean. I will be making many more bookings in the future.

The shower in the en suite was not working properly.

.Loved the views and new appliances. Loved the new throws and braai stand as well. Also loved the fridge space.

The brass taps in bathroom loose, fell onto my foot. Certain aspects of unit old, will b nice to have it upgraded. Switches and lights faulty and wasn't working in room.

Everything was lovely will definitely be visiting again.The peace and tranquility of nature was the most beautiful.

More water facilities like Jojo tanks available. Generators for load shedding. Messages should of been sent out to guest prior to booking about the load shedding and water shortages.

The kitchen and bathrooms are very small and dated.
