Conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Short walk to beach. Nice pier out back. Kayak available. Plenty of space. Do make sure you bring hand soap for bathrooms and dish washing soap. They provide basic kitchen items, but if you need to cook for a big group bring a large pot, drink pitcher, bowl. Pretty much it's well supplied. There's a great big coffee pot!! Yay. We had zero issues and didn't contact Shonna.

The house was perfect! Everything was so clean. The bedrooms were a great size. The location was perfect, too. Everything was so simple as far as check in/checkout! Highly recommend staying here

Group of friends going to a summer concert at the Wharf. This property was close both to the beach and the venue. Enjoyed the house. Bed rooms were spacious and loved the bed size layout for our group. Nice common area and kitchen. Will definitely return when plans permit.

Overall, we had a great experience and time at this location. Perfect location to walk to the beach/cook and just have old fashion fun!! The refrigerator has an amazing sound system to play music on! We will come back! The least favorite part was the missed dusted areas. We had to pre clean before we did our wipe down. Just wipe down anyways, just to be safe!

This house is perfectly located near the beach, shopping, and local grocers, ice cream and seafood markets. It was the perfect size for our family of 15. The dock was great and the fishing poles were a big hit. There was ample parking for our 4 cars. There were a couple of housekeeping issues upon arrival but Shonna was quick to respond and get us what we needed to make it right. Overall, pleased and would stay here again.

This is a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and the beach is walking distance. The property manager is a total sweetheart and prompt to answer any questions.

My family consisted of ten adults & teenagers. We celebrated spring break and Easter. This home was perfect for our Easter egg hunt. So much so that one of the golden eggs could not be found and is still out there in the shrubbery somewhere! We really enjoyed the beautiful large spacious kitchen & dining room. There were very nice amenities to include beach access , convenient stores, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Lastly, the neighbors on both sides were very friendly to us.

Such an awesome property. Love everything from the location, the amenities, and even the decor. Perfect spot with the private lagoon in the back and beach a short walk away in the front. Perfect decor felt like home. Awesome local neighbors who made great recommendations and gave contact to reach out if we encountered any problems. 11/10 overall. will keep this property in my favorites always.

The house is in a good location just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, stores and a short drive to attractions. The house is amazing nice view and the beds are comfortable big enough for a large group. We really enjoyed our stay.

8 of us were down to play golf for a weekend. Very good house and had everything we needed. Easy to get to and great location.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday with 7 very close friends. The house was perfect for visiting, eating, and talking about old memories. Thank you for a great weekend.

We rented this house for a Ladies' Church Retreat weekend. The location was fantastic, and the house was immaculate! We all had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the house!

This place was perfect. We scheduled our trip on the weekend of Shrimp Fest unknowingly and this location was excellent to stay out of the traffic. Along the block between you and the beach there is a restaurant, seafood market, ice cream shop, and convenient store. And during shrimp fest a local school set up a shuttle service to take into shrimp fest for $5 where you didn’t have to go fight for parking and spend upwards of $20. You’re only a mile away from the T, but you kind of have the east side to yourself once they shut the roads down. The home was a great size for our crowd. The dock on the lagoon was perfect for a peaceful morning or evening moment. And the beach access wasn’t crowded either.

We really enjoyed the home and it was more than we expected.

We absolutely loved the property! It was everything we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament, so several families stayed. It was the perfect house to fit everyone. The boys loved the bunk room. It had plenty of space for everyone. Hope to return one day.

Great location and a great stay!

The pictures doesn’t do the house justice!!! It was so spacious and enough room for my entire family of 15 with still having so much space. The entire house is beautifully decorated with updated fixtures and beautiful views. Their starter packs were great for the first couple of nights but naturally you’ll have to bring your own supplies (washing powder, toilet paper, paper towel, etc.) depending on the length of your stay. The only thing I can critique about the house is the wifi…it wasn’t as strong as it could be. With having kids/teens that’s heavy into their devices and videos games it was kinda a problem…which might not be for everyone. Other than that minor problem everything else was great. The management was so helpful and was quick to answer and help us with all our needs. We will definitely book this house again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was decorated beautifully. It is a wonderful location one block away from the beach. The neighbors were so friendly. The views from the home are beautiful views of the bay. This is a new home and just needs a few pots and pans but other than that no complaints here. We enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own bedrooms and TV's in every room were great. Would love to have a pool but we knew a head of time that there was no pool on this property. Would recommend this rental for a larger group for sure.
