Nature is very nice, we have 2 bedrooms house, interior is well decorated.

If you don’t pay for bed linens and towels you will not have it. I notice this after I made my booking. Bed was small( I guess 80cm) not enough for tall person. On terraces was all over garbage and animals poop, I notice that poop was on other terraces also. I think if you want to charge 250 e for night you need to give also classic service not only give room for sleep. I travel a lot but to be honest I never see something like this. I write this to reception desk but with no answer. You cannot work in hospitality if you are waiting that guest will clean animal poop and will use own towels from home. Charging 10e for person for towels/laundry with 250e night fee is incorrect, you can shame for this bad hospitality.

The villa was smart, even if compact. It was well furnished and equipped - to a good standard. Everything was like new. The property was clean on arrival and smelt fresh. Lovely views. The site was also quiet. Excellent value for money. We’d love to stay again and wish we could have stayed longer.

It would be handy to have a fan in the bedrooms - as whilst the aircon is effective at cooling down the living area, it didn’t really reach the bedrooms.

Hotel charged for towels, what is incredible and that is not stated in reservation. In room they don't provide soap and shampoo. Outside stink hard from geese pooping. :) Bike reservation is not working. Made reservation for bikes , when I come next day to take, they told me they are not available for kid. Ridicules .

Nice looking house a few km from Kampen; camping and surrounding look great. I like its decoration and atmosphere. Price is quite good compared to other choices. Every house has front grass and a dock to the river.

Beds are terribly uncomfortable, they are small(80cm) and too soft. Weather depending experience. I've being a few times there. Best period is dry winter or chill spring. During wind, house is really noisy (metallic ventilation plates); during summer too hot and too many mosquitos (no window nets to avoid this). Own car-bike is mandatory. Impossible to go by public transport.

Was very difficult to reach to the address because of the street work, the receptionist does not explain all the facility, and the option we have surrounding the resort. I try to extend my stay, but no one from the reservation, nor the reception with assist me to do so . there was no towel or toilet paper or so in any of the bathroom

- a lot of spiders and spidersweb everywhere especially after our arrival, they were even in our beds, one night my boyfriend woke up with a bite at his hand! -NO CUPBOARD TO PUT OUR STUFF IN, WE HAD TO PUT OUR THINGS IN SUITCASES AND ON SPARE BEDS what is unbelievable even for one night stay, we had spare beds instead of ANY wardrobe… - terribly designed and construcred bathroom, the only place with annoying automatic light and the door working heavily without possibility to fully close it, very uncomfortable and intimidating - NO LAUNDRY AT OBJECT AND NEARBY, reception sent us 20km away to other park just to make washing up!!! - a lot of dust at window shutters and in general cutlery was not really clean after our arrival - very bad access to the park, the construction works are misleading, many couriers refused to bring us orders beacause of hard access to the park, they could not even find the address! - reception was not very helpful and professional, every time they tried to fix our problems by passing us phone numbers or offering us upgrades to bigger houses for remaining days for around €800, even though at the time of reservation the price difference was around 50 euro for the full time of our stay

Clean house. Spacious. Kitchen appliances. Quiet.

A lot bugs. Umbrella at outside was broken and we couldn't use it. Very hot inside, no cold air conditioner. Our chalet was not in good location, as sun was burning the living room all day long. No activity in facilities, therefore, it gets boring.
