The property was clean in a great location. The property manager was efficient in communicating throughout the entire experience. We had an amazing time celebrating with friends and family.

The house was great for our family of 4 and couldve easily accommodated another small family. Beds were comfy and house had good cooking supplies and beach things we could use (including a wagon, boogie boars, chairs and toys). Main issue i had with cleanliness was the floors were vaccumed but not mopped well. we tend to be a shoes off family and wanted to try and keep sand out of the inside, but our feet were turning black walking around barefoot. i found a vaccum and mop to use and was able to get the floors somewhat clean, but they really need a good steam mop/deep clean as i was still getting a lot of black up in certain areas after a few swiffer mops. under table and edges of cabinets were really bad. they do list some things you meed to bring (dish detergent, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels). but you also need to bring trash bags and something to wash dishes with (sponge or dish brush) as those are not provided (only 1 trash bag was in the can). washing machine was a bit on the fritz and i reported the issue to maintenance, you have to push on the door very hard while you press start, otherwise it gives a latch issue error.

Entry code did not show up on portal. Property was as advertised, well equipped, clean, view of the gulf across the street as expected. Overall very satisfied.

This property was perfect for us and our little ones. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The walk to the beach access was not far and we truly enjoyed our stay.

I love Navarre Beach and this is now my favorite rental. The owners were gracious and the home was lovely. The management company was friendly and readily available to meet our needs. I have already booked another stay!
