This is a very well stocked townhouse with fun sports and music-themed decorations. There was plenty of room for a small family, and access to the garage was really appreciated when the spring storms rolled through. North Lakes Park is right next door, with miles of running trails and sports facilities. Located just NW of downtown Denton, it's a short drive to the square or the University of North Texas. Overall, a great place to stay!

We enjoyed this property and the quiet neighborhood. It was a one night stay to tour the college campus. We didn’t cook, but it was well furnished for that if needed. Price was better than a hotel for the group size. Owner responds promptly.

We stayed here while visiting UNT for a college tour for our daughter. Great townhouse. Much better alternative to a hotel.

Needed to take the boy to UNT for an early Saturday audition. Property was clean, matched the pictures and met every expectation. Plenty of space for 4 people to lounge and visit comfortably and figure out a sleeping arrangement. Neighborhood is quiet, but still very convenient to town center. Communication with host was great to accommodate 2 small pets as well as a weird payment issue with VRBO. If I’m ever in Denton, I’ll look for this place again.

Needed a quick overnight stay with our new puppy, and this place was perfect! Nice and clean with pretty much full access to the place. It was also nice and quiet! Property Manager was responsive and answered our questions quickly! Would 10/10 stay here again.

This property is the perfect location if your headed to Denton or the Krum area. We were in town for a wedding in Krum and this place was closer than the hotels that they had a block of rooms at. Also it was half the price. Cory was easy to communicate with and super friendly. He was extremely accommodating for us since we needed to get ready for a 400 pm wedding! The condo is in a really nice area and if we had more time there, I would have lived to walk the trail that is behind the property. The parks that are close are super nice. You’re also really close to grocery stores as well as several restaurants and shopping options. All in all this place has most of what you need. Bedroom doesn’t have a ceiling fan, and the master bed is a little squeaky.. But the other living space makes up for that in my opinion. The couch is fantastic, and the tv is easy to work. Stove works well and there is a Keurig Coffee Maker. And most of all, it was clean!! Neighborhood feels safe, and their is garage parking which is also nice. Tight space, but there’s tons of street parking if needed. You can tell that Cory takes pride in this home and what it offers. His sports memorabilia is impressive to say the least. Lots of books and dvd’s too! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we’re in the area again. 10/10 ⭐️

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very flexible with a later checkout time that worked really well with our plans.

Wanted something other than an overpriced hotel. Unit was perfect for our family of 4. Had plenty of space to hang out and visit and relax. Adjacent to big park, walking trails. Away from main town and traffic, but a very short drive to food and anything UNT related.

We were part of a surprise engagement party for one of our granddaughters and needed a place to retreat to for a bit of rest and quiet. This was perfect ! Great job 👏 by the host and we will return.

We stayed for 4 days. The townhome was spotless. The kitchen was heavily stocked. Family room had an amazing huge leather couch, perfect for watching TV or just hanging out. It was great to have a washer and dryer right next to the 2 upstairs bedrooms. The entire townhome was decorated which made it feel like home, rather than a rental. The townhome was within 1.5 miles of major grocery stores and restaurants, easy and convenient to what we needed. We walked around the townhome complex everyday as well, which is very new, safe and quiet. Lastly, Cory was amazing to work with. I told him I have rented 30+ rentals over the last 10-15 years and this rental is in the top 3. This is a great place to stay and would do again without hesitation. Thanks Cory for being a great host.

We came in at 4 and left at 4am so for the night stay everything was great.

My niece graduated at the coliseum and this was a great place for our family to stay. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our visit.

Overall, my stay was very homey! Communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly. I even forgot some stuff there and they were kind enough to put it aside so I could get it.
