Location was good for me

Easy to find

The location is superb. Close to the metro. Easy to get to times square. The interior is stylish and nice.

No breakfast available. Also our hairdryer was broken and as there is no receptionist it was impossible to get a new one in the evening. Had to go to bed with wet hair.

The hotel was clean and staff (receptionist) was friendly. location is good but we knew this before checking in.

It felt very barren/minimally equipped. What I noticed compared to other hotels is that while there was a coffee machine in the room there was no napkins, sugar, milk or even mugs. The essentials cabinet in the ground floor did have paper cups but again a paper cup is not a ‘mug’ for drinking hot liquids. Personally its not nice to drink water from a paper cup either. The room had no armchair or settee to sit on.. lol just 1 desk chair, which is very uncomfortable for a family of 4. The wooden sloor added to the ‘barren’ feel of the room. The bathroom had no space to put down wash bags- ended up balancing them on the toilet. Two towels’s sets were provided while we clearly stated it was a family of 4.

it has a beautiful rooftop. 10 minutes walking to subway stations. building is very new and modern. free coffee. comfy bed.

The location was pretty convenient to reach central park quickly. It was just 3 train stops from it.

Lack of maintenance. The sink of my shower, hot water, and thermostat were not working properly at my arrival (on saturday). After making the claim, the staff solved the issue (on monday).

The hotel is only one stop with the subway from Manhattan. A couple of minutes walk to the Queensborough Station from the hotel. Clean room and a great roof top terrace where we had breakfast every morning with Manhattan skyline as a view. A small store around the corner with great breakfast sandwiches.

We really had a great stay and if something negative it would be that there where limited space in the room for our clothes as we are a family of four persons.

Sonder is an excellent hotel in a great location very clean comfortable and well. Worth every penny. Very modern some beautiful balcony view.

My only down side was hanging space no where to hang coats or clothes properly our was a room catering for disabled and was some clothes hanging room but clothes wouldn't fit in there.

The rooftop views and access to train nearby.

The cheapness of the interior decor, the lobby host was rude and no real interaction at front desk, outdated central air system in room, price for overall stay was too high.

Great furnishings. Clean. The microwave oven is very convenient. The coffee pods and tea in the room was fantastic. Close to three subway stations. An excellent restaurant and pizza take away around the corner

Area is a bit run but safe. There could be better instructions on how everything work
