Breadfast was good but had only one variety.

Room size was a bit tight

The staff was very helpful, and arriving at the hotel was a fun experience: we arrived after sunset, and were taken over to the hotel on a little rowboat. The amenities are basic, but more than satisfactory for the price. We were happy with our choice.

If you want to go out and eat, the position can be a little inconvenient. However, the staff was very helpful with ordering take out, so we enjoyed a relaxed and tasteful dinner along the bank of the canal.

Staff were good, but facilities are poor. Almost carried away by mosquitoes when the power supply failed for few hours early AM leaving the rooms super hot.

Power back up like generators are badly required.

The location is perfect. The resort overlooks the backwaters and you can spend an entire lazy day watching houseboats plying up and down. Interestingly, the resort has a canoe service which is used to pick up and drop vacationers on both sides of the canal, whenever required.

The breakfast time: it is served a little too late. Since we had to leave by 8 am in the morning, we missed out on the breakfast. Also, no bed tea was served in the room.

Fantastic hospitality and very relaxing to be on the water. It was a really nice way to finish our time in Kerala state.

Peaceful location. All the staff were very caring and super helpful. The manager if knowledgeable about the locality and helped us plan our trip. Off-property parking; the short boat trip to the property adds a nice touch to the stay.

I would definitely recommend this place for those travelers who want no disturbance and peaceful experience

The property is located on the main channel of alleppy and is surrounded by water on both sides ( front and rear). The stay was comfortable and the staff was supportive. They also helped us book a boat ride from the property door! Overall it was a nice experience.

There is no dedicated parking space, you will have to park at a pay-n-park, but the staff will help you with where to park and pay the parking fee. Arrival location is on opposite side of the channel so you will cross the channel through a small dinghy, although I personally enjoyed it, elderly members of my group didn’t like it. These reasons are too small as compared to the overall value the property offers.

the staff is great. The only thing is for to and fro travel from property to main road you will always need a ferry because in the front there is backwater stream and no road, they will always provide it and always carry you whenever needed so that’s not a big deal. WiFi was good. there are peaceful and chill vibes are it is on an island so no traffic sounds etc.

no road connection so everytime we would travel with boat to cross backwater stream and go on road. they will take you everytime to the other side on the road so no need to worry anyways but a road connectivity would have made it better
