Clean, spacious and conveniently located near Publix, Walgreens and any other shopping we needed. My now wife, and wedding party (three groomsmen and three bridesmaids) had plenty of space to stretch out, and enough space to accommodate the sleeping situation. The pool and backyard were an excellent bonus. I'd love to book this residence again; maybe some sort of reunion getaway with all the same guests!

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 6. We were in town for a concert and long weekend. We cooked dinner, played games, and utilized the pool. My only concern was a couple of the pool chairs are broken and the pool had a significant amount of debris. We would have netted the pool while we swam but couldn't locate a net. We would rent again for our next concert.

I would certainly stay again. I will also recommend it to family and friends. Only one complaint is that the trash can under the patio was overflowing to the point that we were barely able to dispose of ours and the smell was awful, and the smell hit us as soon as we arrived and opened the automobile doors

The house is exactly as advertised and you can find there everything to have a nice stay. We couldn't use the pool because we had rain and wind during our stay but the host honored us with a late checkout. Very appreciated! We just stayed for a weekend.

The house was immaculate and located in a very cute neighborhood! The owners were easy to work with and very timely with communication. We traveled to a variety of places in FL and it was easy to get to wherever we needed/wanted to go. Lots of restaurants nearby was a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

The owner was extremely helpful. The place was spacious and plenty of room to have 8 young adults stay comfortably. The pool was an amazing thing to have along with the other outdoor amenities. It was extremely close to Tampa which was our main destination. The only small downside was people have to shower a little bit apart bc you will lose hot water and water pressure … but that only happened once with 8 girls showering back to back so I wouldn’t say it effected us much and we would stay again! Very quiet neighborhood but go to the Main bush Street two blocks away and there is a ton of easy stuff to get to !

The property was very clean and spacious. Exactly as advertised and communication was prompt with the property manager.

Overall, the management was very prompt in responding to any and all problems. With that being said, the property and trip could be improved a bit. The code did not work when entering. We didn't arrive until 11:30 pm at night due to our flight and it took us several attempts and finally having to call the management to gain access. Again, they answered and fixed the problem fast and efficiently. The house does not come with much of anything in regards to the kitchen. I would highly recommend bringing as much as you can if you are staying for an extended time. We were not in the house a lot so it was of for what we needed. The hot water in the master bathroom did not work in the sinks. They did send a plumber, he seemed to get it to work, but I could not after he left. The heat in the second area in the master bedroom side was not working, they once again came quickly but it could not be adjusted, so it was rather cold. The pool could use a little pick me up. My son actually scraped himself on the piece of missing tile. The heated pool was great and warm! The lack of tv's in the rooms were a little disappointing. This could be just a personal preference but would have been nice to have. Overall, the house was pretty clean, the floors seemed a little dirty. Our feet were filthy from walking around. Overall, it was acceptable for a very short stay and a rather short time spending in the house. Again, management were very helpful, prompt, efficient which was great. I can't thank them enough. The house itself could use a little tlc and a few more amenities. I think depending on what you need to use the house for, you may be happy or hoped for better.

The pictures were bang on, with plenty of room and definitely worth the additional money to heat the pool at this time of year. Backyard was perfect for our group and property was in great condition. Would highly recommend.

This property is so beautiful and large, lot of space for kid to run and play. Super clean both in and out side. The pool is great for us to relax and swim all day. LOVE the Heat pool, which we must have in this area, this time. Chevie response very quick. Thank for setting up a great place for us

Stayed for a short weekend as we were in town for Buccaneers game on Sunday. Easy access to stadium & airport. House was very clean with all new appliances. Great to have washer/dryer available for towels. Master bdrm/bath was on one aide of home & 3 other bdrms/bath on other so plenty of room to spread out with older kids with us. Next time we would choose the extra fee to heat the pool so we could enjoy it for longer periods.

Beautiful house and property. Everything was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Our host Chevie was awesome and easy to communicate with! We did not want to leave!
