Great stay and friendly staff!
The extra fish we got was over cooked and served poorly. Probably a one off but was a waste as was inedible.

double room with balcony. the staff were very friendly and prepared all meals. great viewing of scenery extremely relaxing all our needs catered for, good value for money

The houseboat was the experience. The guys on the boat were friendly & provided us with pretty good meals.
Only one towel per room for two people. No top sheet on the bed, just blanket. A commentary about the backwaters ie history, what we should expect, where we’re going!! Even if prerecorded or in a booklet.

We liked the food and staff was attentive. They accepted to drive us to a further location where we had an overnight and it was pleasent.
Cockroaches! I didn't sleep all night. We killed at least 6 huge cockroaches in our room and there were more. The boat was very different than the pictures, room was very smelly and they tried to dock on a very bad location for the night (if we wouldn't complaint about it, we were going to stay there).

They don't even have an office in the city. Total scam.

Crew and captain a very nice ! They helped me a lot . We had good conversations. The owner of the boat was also very helpful for me !

it was good experience for first time travellers! The boat house was really clean. Service was also good! We liked most the additional boat rides (costs 200rs per person) around the canal which covers beautiful village and people, showcasing their lifestyle and food habits!
The complimentary foods (lunch,dinner and breakfast) was average. It should be improved. They don’t really provide local Kerala cuisine! It would be great experience for outsiders if they provide local cuisines (with good fish).

The food was awesome(make sure you tell them non-veg), staff was amazing, beds and rooms were comfortable. Joseph is an amazing chef. Perfect atmosphere.
Everything was amazing. Music on the boat would be awesome. They had a speaker we just didn't play it.

the staff are really lovely, the boats are great, basic accommodation but what you would expect. the backwaters are gorgeous and the food on board was delicious
only downside was the air conditioning could have been better - it was an ancient machine and although it helped, it was still very hot overnight

Staff was courteous and food was okay.
It should be informed that the boat will dock at 5pm overnight and not run throughout the trip.
Also it makes sense to book this only for a group of around 6 and above as there isn't much to do once on board.
The TV also only shows malayalam channels.

The staff were good.
The sheets and towels, although seemingly washed, had a number of stains and didn't feel clean.
Requested for more breakfast options like eggs as my children were not used to idlis etc, but was refused.

The househelp was also very good..
It was our anniversary and they did some decorations( at extra cost) in the room, they also arrange a candle light dinner though it was a shared houseboat
The locations on the route were also great.
If AC could be used all the time then its the best place to stay..in the morning and afternoon it gets a bit hot

I liked the place and it's staff. Cook was friendly and helpful.
It started 2 hours late at 13:30.
No good food for vegetarians guests. AC remote wasn't available and not given to family to adjust the temperature for small kids.

The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The power went out due to heavy rain but all fixed up before bedtime.
