It was a beautiful hotel, with a very welcoming staff. The elevators were a little hard to understand. All the buttons for choosing your floor were on the outside of the elevator & there was no real way to tell if they elevator you got in was going up or down.

Hands down the best staff and service. This is the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed with. Rooms are simple and clean. The only wish I had was for a small fridge but this is a first world problem. The restaurant & bar was great. The location is perfect for both business and tourism.
The only not as great aspect are the elevators are slow and relatively confusing.

Great location. Almost everything was in walking distance. Room was great, friendly staff. Nice bar and bar tenders. Nothing really to complain about. This will be my DC stay from now on. Thank you!

Unlike other JWM this one is under expectations. No pool, very poor customer service, we were given attitude at breakfast, they had a hard time finding our reservation and limited dinning. The bar area was first polite place and concierge were very helpful. Other than that not worth the $. Could’ve stayed for a lot cheaper at Washington hotel who has more amenities and roof top bar with live music.

Excellent stay! Close to everything which is great! Hotel is beautiful and clean. Everyone was super friendly. Room was nice and comfortable but the AC definitely didn’t keep our room very cool at all. After being out in 100 degrees all day a cold room would have been nice. The valet parking is nice and we used it to make it easy but it’s $65 plus $11 for tax so it’s actually $75 per night. It’s also a $25 a night resort fee but we got a $32 credit per day to use at the hotel which was a super nice perk :)
We would stay here again and the location definitely makes the resort fee and parking prices a little more worth it.

Beautiful hotel close to everything. We were able to walk to most attractions. Valet parking was quick and convenient. Lovely restaurants nearby. Loved the bar and restaurant in the hotel. Perfect choice for our family.

Top notch hotel in a great location. Only wish they had double queen bed rooms. Had to make do with full beds. Two of our party of three were rather cramped. Otherwise it was a great hotel.

Convenient to most things. Room was clean. Our house keeping was wonderful! Pool was under construction week of July 4th. Kids were disappointed and so was I. I will call hotels directly to confirm they are in working order before booking from now on.

I made note of the following details: the hotel has a great location, but the services offered are lacking. There are limited dining options, and my room had a balcony without seating, leaving guests with no choice but to stand to enjoy the view. The service and attitude of the staff, especially at the front desk and in the store, were disappointingly poor. Additionally, the hotel does not have parking facilities, and the valet parking service is excessively priced. Although they tried to address the issues by offering a complimentary bottle of wine, it is clear that the hotel only provides amenities and services equivalent to those of a 3-star establishment.
