Excellent location helpful and pleasant staff.

Other than being placed in a room with ALL NIGHT traffic going by, keeping us both awake all night, a coffee maker that would not work, a bed as stiff as a board, cheap bed linens and toilet paper so thin that it made tissue paper feel thick - what was not to love! NEVER AGAIN!

Great customer service. Easy to check in and check out.

Property was close to the airport and provided shuttle transport.

Our room was neat and chilled. 90 plus outside. The bathroom was spotless and new.

If the property had included parking that would have made it better. Parking was overpriced ridiculous. I would not stay there again

We went to the bar for happy hour food and drinks. Bill gave us excellent service.

Needs to be cleaned and updated

The area across the hotel is undergoing construction and there is 1-2 min delay due to traffic signals. Free Coffee and Tea (hotwater tea bags) in the morning at the lobby. It is overall a fine place. Uber ride to White House is about $20. But the hotel wanted $42 tax for parking each night, outrageous! I don't use Reagon Washington National Airport, so I don't use its shuttle.

Needs some upgrades with the carpets in the room. Stained carpets and non working elevators on the other wing.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Reagan National Airport when traveling to Arlington to visit our daughter and do the Washington site seeing thing. I needed a place that had a shuttle service to and from the airport and that we could get to the metro train easily. This had both plus the room rate was reasonable and reviews were good. The staff was not overly friendly but neither were they rude. They just did their job. The room was clean when we arrived and they were nice in that they allowed us to check in early as a room was available. It was very appreciated. There isn't a pool which I knew when I booked it. Wish it did have one as the weather was in the 90s all week. The reason I removed one star was twofold. First, I didn't see anything posted anywhere that they do not do a daily cleaning. You have to request it. Same for having your towels changed out. I don't mind not getting the daily cleaning but I think the policy needs to be stated somewhere. The second reason is the water situation. How hot your water is in your shower and whether or not it stays the same temperature throughout is dependent upon how many other people are showing or start or stop their showers. My husband had to take a completely lukewarm shower one day. The shower doors would not stay shut. You would be in the middle of your shower and you would see the door come sliding open. It was almost funny.

Clean and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay at this property again.

I love the place

Rooms are old and need updating. The beds are hard and pillows are old and too soft. Housekeeping comes too clean room every 4th day.☹️The comforter on the beds are shabby and old. Replace the covers and sheets with quality bedding. The rooms smell old and stale. I would not ever stay there nor recommended anyone to stay at this hotel. Location not so bad.

We phoned 7 times for the airport shuttle. No one answered. The hotel next door shares the shuttle thank god as someone from that hotel had phoned so we were able to get to the hotel. Super frustrating after flying all day

We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not come in the room at all. We had to ask for more towels. Front desk clerks were fine.

In town for 2 nights for a concert. Staff was so helpful the whole time. Bartender is adorable. Our housekeeper Rubia went out of her way for us. Rate was reasonable for the quality and the location made it easy to access the Metro. We would stay here again!

Clean hotel, good stFd. Location close to crystal city metro. Breakfast buffet is ok. Not walkable to convenience stores - some Restaurants nearby. If you need to be close to airport, crystal city or pentagon memorial good hotel

Place was clean.

The toilet in our room was malfunctioning and could not be flushed. The lobby area is nice and has all the amenities you might want, but the rooms feel shabby.

I'll be home if I have a little bit I've stayed at this location for many many times over years. As in - 8 to 10 times a year whenever I have an overnight in DC a. The quality gets really gone down. Also - they seem to keep checking me into rooms with an accessible rolling shower. I've pointed this out to them as a mistake on numerous occasions and they seem to be unable to correct it. I've decided to really take my business elsewhere. There are loads of alternatives locally that or better than that

Room 607 of had a terrible odor. We were only in the room to sleep having left immediately after check in. When we returned late night, we found the room had a terrible odor which never dissipated.

Our flight was cancelled, so we were able to book a room for one night. They have free shuttle service to and from the airport. The room and bathroom was very clean. The check-in process was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The woman who checked us in went above and beyond to ensure things were smooth. We had an issue with our card and she made things happen so we could get to our rooms. Parking cost is rather high, in my opinion.
