Clean, excellent service but still need training for a few staff. I have seen any staff who smiles…..when they greet.

The hotel was amazing - and super clean. You could tell it was well cleaned from everything including the Kid Clubroom.

I've been to many resorts around the world and this one tops it! First, the location. The hotel is accessible by airport limousine bus, Seoul metro subway, taxi, etc. We took the limousine bus since we had lots of bags and children to bring along. It was super easy to find the bus right outside the arrival gates at ICN and we were dropped off a few steps away from the hotel lobby. Took about two hours. The food. I loved the breakfast buffet at La Seine. It had options for everyone, including my French Canadian wife and kids. Loved the high quality protein, salad and fruit options. The hotel is also connected to the Lotte department store, at which the B1 underground food market has really cheap, but great food options as well. We had dinner there a few times. The amenities. The gym and the swimming pool were great! Gym is well equipped, I used the full set of dumbbells, incline step machine to get my daily workout in. The kids play lounge was also great for our 4 year old and our 7 month old. It was full of toys, virtual activity screens, etc. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a dedicated entrance to the Lotte World, so we could skip the lines and go in and out with our day pass. And lastly, the staff. I must say this is the friendliest, warmest, and the most professional hotel I've ever encountered in my life. Huge kudos to the management team and staff for maintaining such high quality guest experience. All in all, it was a perfect 5 night getaway for us!

Wonderful location right by Lotte Mall and Lotte tower three blocks from all the food you can imagine. Staff is always around to help you with anything that you need

Hotel was super clean and staff is very kind but they have 3 o'clock check in rule and if you get there early you can check in but can't go to the room before 3pm. Hotel is connected to department store and Lotte adventure land which makes it more awesome. It also have underground shopping area where it connects to Lotte Tower so you don't have to worry about rain.

Best for our summer stay when it was hot and humid.

Everything was good

The staff and customer service were exemplary. The room we wanted was unavailable for our first night so we had to change rooms the next day and they moved all our belongings to our next room so we didn't have to worry about it. We could access the Lotte World theme park through the hotel and walk across the road to the Lotte World Mall (also accessible via underground Subway exits from the hotel if you want to avoid Seoul traffic). The indoor pool which is accessible via separate gendered locker rooms was nice and has lifeguards. The kids' pool is heated. Guests are expected to wear hair caps (provided). We didn't eat at the hotel because there were so many cute cafes and restaurants around to try. We did buy some treats from the patisserie which were lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent hotel with attentive service. Will come back when kids want to visit Lotte World again. The Wonder Door is aptly titled for a quick access to the amusement park.
