We had a great stay the check in was Great!!! The ladies that were at the breakfast was Great!!! The only thing that was not so good the bathroom tub wasn’t clean and when they came in to clean it while we were there the still didn’t clean it there was hair and a fly in the tub.

We were there for the weekend. No complaints from us. Clean,safe,breakfast was better than most hotels.

We had a great time while here. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was available each morning with wide menu.

Helpful front desk at check in, working EV charger was easy to use after asking where it was, fitness room was well-stocked and breakfast was good (slightly better than typical free hotel breakfast). My biggest problem was the noise from the hall at 1:30am when NFL fans returned and the alarm that beeped from the next room from 5-530am and cut short my sleep in attempt. Also Wish breakfast wasn’t on styrofoam plates.

The guy at the front desk was not friendly, he didn’t greet me when I entered. My room key didn’t work so when I told him he went to go check came back and just handed me an envelope and said here’s your new room. No enjoy your stay, didn’t go over hotel amenities or anything. I wish I would have gotten his name. If someone is working at the front desk they should be friendly and pleasant.

The hotel was conveniently located to all the activities we had planned. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but it was included and not bad. There was a good restaurant next door. We were very happy with our stay.

Our stay was very nice. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only very minor issues were that our friends in the adjoining room only had 2 hangers - there weren't any of the silly, but helpful things such as a tv channel listing, the door hangers "do not disturb", etc. Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel. We also like the location. It was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and felt like it was away from everything, yet it was very close to everything. We were overall very pleased with our stay.

Room was clean and staff was very nice! The only complaint would be that the thermostat seems to be on a light/movement sensor? It worked fine while we were up watching TV, but didn't stay on during the night so the bedroom got warmer than we would have liked. My husband got up and manually adjusted the thermostat late in the evening but it was off again and warm by the time we got up.

Hotel property is old and rooms are dingy. Staff not terribly friendly and breakfast obviously under staffed.

Was in town for convention. Easy access to city by car or Uber. Very convent at fraction of downtown pricing.

Air conditioning turned off many times during the night. We woke up three times in lower the temperature on the thermostat!

The only bad thing about our stay was the bathtub drain was clogged.

Easy to get to. They offer a lot of amenities. I have them 4 stars because the breakfast was just ok. But it was included so that was a plus. I would stay there again. Loved that they had a garage with Sam EV charger for my hybrid car.

Overall great stay. It was close to where we wanted to spend time while in town, but in a quieter area. Need better lighting in the bathroom.

I was expecting more from the property. Didnt give me the hotel feeling from the outside. The pool was okay, hotel felt a little outdated. Breakfast was great!

Hotel is run down. Garbage on the floor in the elevators - which looked liked they hadn’t been vaccuumed in days.
Room was’t vacuumed. Toilet paper wasn’t replenished upon occupancy. All there was was one rollabout 2/3 used. Dusty fixtures throughout.
No one to be found for the first 5 minutes at check-in counter until the attendant (wearing grungy clothes and barely identifiable as an employee returned from what may have been a smoke break from outside.
On a positive note, they enforced a “quiet-policy” between certain hours. As a result, there were no disturbances.

The facilities are nice and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent, but some things were constantly out. The surrounding of the hotel look like a war zone, but the inside was fairly nice. Gym was well equipped and hours for facilitues were nice, always good to see a breakfast available early.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels but this is the first one I would not recommend. When we got there many people were sitting outside the front door smoking and you had to walk through a haze of smoke before entering. Then in the vestibule and the lobby there were dozens of dead lanternflies, dirt, and small puddles from spilled drinks. Nobody can clean these up? The woman at the front desk stared at her phone for almost a minute until we asked if she could help us. When we got up to our room there was another bug crawling around, and the toilet wasn't working (the chain was off and I fixed it myself).
One other small problem: The bathroom was very dark even with the lights on and there was no fan.

Over all, this hotel is in great shape. Very clean upon entrance and the gal checking us in was polite. We did have to wait quite awhile as she was taking several reservations over the phone, but not her fault. The 2 elevators were strangely noisy and slow, so I was glad my room wasn't near them.
Breakfast had a very nice variety, but the staff struggled to keep items stocked.
My only real disappointment was the re lousy lighting in the room, particularly at the desk where I needed to do some work. I managed by moving some lamps around.
I would stay here again.

Had strange experience of housekeeping knocking on my door at 8:10 am on both mornings of my stay.
I was on conference calls and they wanted to clean my room.

I really like that this property does not use travel-size bottles and products. They moved to more sustainable products to reduce waste. Bravo!
We stayed here to see a concert at PPG Arena downtown. So easy to Lyft over and back!

You staff is excellent! Best stay I’ve had of the last 6 places I’ve stayed at. I will look for this brand everywhere I travel now. Clean, friendly helpful staff, comfort all the way.
