Excellent service from the point I walked into the hotel l, to the time that I left

This property is huge and extremely beautiful located at marine drive. I couldn't have asked for more from the hotel staff as they took care of my every need even before asking them. I want to mention special thanks to Avantika from the front desk for her hospitality and chef Atharv for the delicious breakfast during my stay.

Good service and pleasant atmosphere

Great selection of a hotel if you want to have some peaceful walk around the Marine drive. Prime location Rooms are spacious and clean. Dining options in the onsite restaurants are on the expensive side and burn a hole through the pocket, but otherwise enjoyable stay!

Stayed for 7 nights, every member of staff fom the entry to housekeeping were friendly, helpful and professional. Fantastic buffet breakfast with a wide range of freash produce. This will be the Hotel for me on future business trips to Mumbai. Strongly recommend.

The Oberoi is a great property with Great service as always and a very good stay. But I have to say, as a VIP gold member, of Hotels.com, I’m yet to get an upgrade in any hotel anywhere in the world. I think it’s only for show.

You really can't leave the Oberoi without feeling happy and refreshed. The oasis of calm, the lovely reassuring fragrance, the attentive but never pushy staff. The amazing picture postcard views over the bay as the sun sets, the queen's necklace glimmering at night and cocktails overlooking the water. It's mesmerising. Love bringing my family to any Oberoi property. And Mumbai is no different. The only thing to improve is that Uber still doesn't recognise the Oberoi entrance and get taxis to come to the Trident hotel.

From check in to check out, we had an exceptional experience. Every member of the team is customer focused. The rooms are spacious with the most luxurious bedding. The bathroom is a full one with Forest Essentials toiletries. The attention to detail is astounding- the fact that the manager at breakfast heard that we preferred our tea a particular way and that Avinash took the time to make it exactly like that - was next level. Highly recommend this hotel

From the moment we arrived we felt at home and just so welcomed with the culture and environment. The members of staff were fantastic. We had our luggage which was delayed by 3 days and the hotel did everything possible to ensure we had all amenities and needs met. The ensured we had decide for a birthday celebration and the hotel was so clean and spotless. The breakfast included was the best breakfast we had encountered whilst travelling in India. We cannot thank the staff enough. Jagat and Jason were superb at breakfast. Upendra and Meghna were fantastic at front of house. The cleaning staff were amazing too! The staff outside were brilliant too and helped us with travels anywhere we needed. The views from the hotel were amazing and I would definitely recommend them for anyone and families. Thanks Oberoi staff!

Excellent stay - one of the very best in Mumbai.

Amazing Service!

We had a magnificent stay at the Oberoi Nariman Point Mumbai. The level of service is superb. ALL staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were having a great time and wanted for nothing. There was a VERY minor issue with a food order which was delayed and then partly wrong when it did arrive but the way in which this was handled was exemplary. The entire bill was cancelled and they offered to box up the delayed food but as we had already had plenty we declined. Then the following morning at breakfast Soham the restaurant manager and Richard Malone (his Dad is Irish as are we!!) sought us out and apologised yet again and insisted that we have dinner in Fenix on the house. In addition we were served a beautiful avocado and feta dish and the first Alfonso mangoes of the season. That night (our last) we had the most fabulous dinner, personally selected and served to us by Richard. The food (photos below) was fantastic! Everything about this experience and indeed the hotel and the staff was beyond 5 star!
