Everything was good for price. Pillows were rock hard, no loft. Could have used more options, like yogurt at breakfast. If we stay again will bring our own pillows and breakfast. Otherwise stay was fine.

Our room was a lot cleaner than others in our group. There was a medicine syringe on the bathroom counter. After packing up this morning noticed spots on the sheets and the beds were not that comfortable. The pictures of the breakfast were not the same as what they actually had.

The stay was worst I’ve ever had in a hotel in years…. Worst bed and it was dirty after I took the sheets off. Place is trash not worth the stay

We checked in… and the room we were given still had a worker cleaning it. Said it was going to be about 30 minutes more. Then about an hour after being in the room someone tried to come in. When I opened the door he was like um I show this room was checked out.

This was a very nice hotel. Very convenient with it being a short distance from I-40.

The only thing I didn’t like was there were no room darkening shades. There was only a flimsy blind and sheer curtains. The shade left a two inch gap at the window sill so light came into the room all night.

Overall the property and room were clean enough. However, the provided pillows were both tiny and very flat.

Comfy, clean twin bedded room. Shower was great. Breakfast is cereal, bread, fruit juice, coffee , tea and apples.

my group and i found bugs and hairs in our beds, we went to check out in the middle of the night and talk to a manger. we were told a manager would call us first thing in the morning, i gave them 2 days to call and they never did. that was 2 weeks ago and i’ve tried contacting the hotel several times and after it rings for 5 minutes, the call disconnects. will not be going back.

Nice comfy renovated rooms. The rest looked worn. Motel style place with no elevators. Breakfast was very basic with toast and cereal only. Pool was closed. Able to walk to restaurants across the street. Was ok stopover on longer trip.

Stayed in Rm103 after being in 105. Faucet was leaking, water covered counter and floor. Next room: shower head leaked, moldy/dirty grout in shower, mini frig made loud "knocking" sound; extremely LOUD floor creaking noises each night - serious renovation of the structure is needed; a lot of street noise; breakfast was meh at best - you had to request a hot sandwich or burrito at the front desk - did so and regretted it; pet area was not maintained and saw 2 homeless men fighting there. Oddly enough I got the deep impression that many rooms were being leased out to college students and the management were college students as well.

The staff was really nice when we checked in and everything is was in a walking distance, food and a lot of options. Easy to NAU as well.

I have to make a confession: it has been decades since we've been to Grand Canyon so I thought Flagstaff, which is where the hotel is, is the closest city. It's not, Williams is. So be ready to drive from the hotel to the GC south entrance for 2 hrs. Now, for the hotel itself: decent alternative to the more pricey hotels near GC. Bedroom with 2 queen beds is spacious, nice to see a hotel that still has microwave and fridge. Breakfast is basic, though they offer bagel breakfast sandwich and burrito upon request. Room was out of body wash wash. Vent and lights on the bathroom share the same switch, so once the lights are turned on, vent starts running which is guaranteed to wake up the rest of you.

The room was dirty , bathroom was moldy in some places. Only cereal, toast, bagels, and small damaged apples for breakfast. One of the mattresses was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs rubbing against your back.

This hotel has been an excellent discovery. Our room is clean and well appointed. They have the best secure blinds on the window that I’ve ever seen. The staff is friendly and professional. There’s good parking and a useful shopping mall across the street. We couldn’t hear the freeway a block away when we were in our room.
This place is a keeper.

Hi folks, I tried mybest choosing Greentree Hotel, but , first, it looks more like a motel than a Hotel. When we arrived at the front desk was super easy to smell the issues, everything was dark, dirty,, the pool was covered with a plastic stuff with some bricks to preserve the whole hole called pool. Guests were outside with the room door opened, smoking...etc. We took finally our room keys, but slowly we saw that it was only the beginning of the bad night. When we open our room, wow wow, nothing but a dirty, unfinished clean space, the bathroom was full of hair and pubic hair, disgusting, it was impressive to see all of it. We check out 8 minutes after that. NEVER NEVER AGAIN in Greentree . The manager should be around, controlling the qualities and services for the guests. 💯 unsatisfied.

Stay was good housekeepers rude when asking for fresh towels,we weren't having the room cleaned during our stay.the breakfast was terrible little selection, coffee was awful. Needs new pillows.

Everything was on par for the fee, my only complaint is the butter for breakfast was on ice and unusable.

I've stayed here once before and it wasnt to bad. This time was not the best. The sink still had hair in it from someone shaving. The floor was dirty like it hasnt been swept in a while. The pool has been down for nearly a year and the tarps are tearing. I dont think i will be back for a thrid stay. Staff has always been helpful and very professional.

Could hear everything outside and from upstairs. Reasonably clean but definitely not somewhere we personally would choose to stay again.

Front desk staff were, patient, courteous & informative. Arrived late to the free breakfast & allowed me to still order the hot breakfast options. I wish the free breakfast had more options although enjoyed the coffee, juices & teas all day.
