I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it’s not as nice as it used to be. The staff are friendly but some seem not well trained. The hotel is nice, but is it worth the money? Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed. The bathroom in my room was not very clean, a bit moldy and gunk on the floor. The breakfast is one of the nicest of any hotel I’ve stayed at but the quality has slipped recently.

Our second stay and we had the bottomless brunch the next day. One of my favourite hotels and the brunch is amazing, covers all tastes. Totally recommend and look forward to coming back. ☺️

I love this hotel and stay here often. But this time the hotel was full of delegates from the African summit. Metal detectors. No space in breakfast area. Impossible to get taxi near hotel

Everything was ok. Great location and room was clean and a good size. Room was dated but think there are rooms that have been refurbished. Nothing wrong with the stay all just ok.

It is a great hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is a cool robot servant delivering things to rooms.

I stayed twice, June 29 and July 7, 2024. Both times I did enjoy my stay. All in all the services were excellent and the attitude, as well as friendliness of personnel, made me feel like I knew them before. Breakfast and food at the Italian Restaurant were superb and delicate. Unfortunately, the Wienerschnitzel at German Beer Garden & Cafe was not quite fresh, but still enjoyable.
Ivy at the Reception gave me the best advice and directions for Beijing. Thanks

They gonna ask you go upgrade for 200 RMB, although it’s totally okay if you don’t, but the original room is not in very well maintained, not sure their purpose of not renovating all the rooms. Not recommend to anyone, plenty of hotels to choose if you add the additional 200.

I stayed the place because of the surrounding environment, good place to walk around in the back of the hotel, lovely and renovated outdoor place is a great attraction. The hotel’s management team is a huge disappointment, guests smoke inside the rooms with doors open which the entire hall way was filled with smoke, guests smoking in the bar/coffee, I reported to the front desk, with little result. I understood there are always small groups of people destroy a culture of good behavior and concern of others due to their ignorance and stupidity. These selfish and idiotic people don’t deserve the facilities. However, I think there is fundamental problem from the management team, I travel a lot, but only in China, I see people smoking in hotel rooms and hotel public facilities.

Checking in took a long time, although only two person it took more than one hour. And when I check in the hotel said there is no reservation from Expedia, I was really frustrated.
And the room has a smell of sweet perfume, made me dizzy. Not a good hotel .

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and next to a shopping mall. It is by a beautiful riverfront and is at an area close to many embassies. The hotel is clean and newly renovated. The room is spacious and stylishly decorated and bright, with a great view of the river.

The experience I had so far are outstanding! The entire hotel staffs provided the best service and the friendliness it made my stay are so enjoyable! The hotel front desk supervisor Cherry 張 was superb! She always reached out to make sure that our comfort in this hotel is the top priority! I will always be back to stay at Kempinski Hotel again!

This hotel is in a very central location in Beijing. It is close to the Temple of Heaven and the Forbidden City. It has cafes and grocery stores near by with English staff. It is right off the subway exit and it provides Western and local cuisine.

My standard room with one king bed is not that big, but has all the amenities a five star hotel room should have, Hotel no longer put toothbrush in the room, but you can still get one by asking front desk. Slipers still provided.

Beautiful property, but Ive got to give a shout out to the concierge team. I was there on business and they gave me tremendous support with photocopying materials and logistics support. They made my stay in Beijing much easier.

Very good business hotel located right next to a metro station.
The room, bathroom as well as the bed was very comfortable. Good restaurants in the hotel area and also good restaurants in the area around the hotel.
Easy access from the airport even if the traffic can sometimes be a challange.
