Terrible, the place has a terrible smell, beds uncomfortable . Could not shower in the hotel.

We found ticks on the first night on our bed. I was beaten by possibly bed bugs or ticks after waking up the next day. There were nails and dog hairs on the floor. The place needs to be vacuumed thoroughly and whatever needed to be done to eliminate ticks and bed bugs

The entry key card had to be reset each day in order to enter the room. The service was excellent. It would be nice if they had a do not disturb sign to put up. I will be staying here again.

Gross and dirty. The room hadn’t been cleaned it seemed. Pubic hair in the shower.

Room was spotless, quiet and having an Irish pub built in a hundred feet away made night caps safe.

Check-in was fine. We chose the bottom floor because we didn’t want to haul our suitcases up the stairs. When we got to our room, the door was a jar. It was not pulled shut. We went in and it was fine in the room. it looked like nobody had been in there so we stayed. Then we realize there were no towels so we had to go to the front to get towels. We were in the very last room of the building and we had neighbors next-door in our adjoining room. Around 11 o’clock they tried to come through the adjoining door. And then three other times they tried to open our front door. They talked all night long And never slept. The next morning when we were checking out, I told the lady about it and they knew who was staying in that room. It sounded like they knew them personally or they worked there. I did not question anything but they knew exactly who was in that room. to be honest this hotel is going down. The people look like they were living there or homeless. Me and my husband have decided we will never stay there again.

This was the second time I have stayed at this property. They have a good breakfast buffet with eggs and some other hot items, as well as the usual continental style. The room was clean. I was there three nights and had to have my keycard reset 4 times! Management needs to fix that situation. Otherwise good value for the price.

The staff was friendly. Our room was restocked with coffee and towels without asking. The restaurant on property was good. It was a nice drive to Kennedy Space Center. Surrounding shopping options were good.

The stay was not soo good. Service at check in and check out was decent. Service during breakfast was decent. Food choice was on the low end but okay.
Beds were okay but sofa bed was a desaster. Bathrooms were worst with poor amenities and all in poor condition.

Quality and service are very poor. Dirty, smell molded, noisy, dirty toilet paper, some staffs are rude when we shared our disappointment. Not worth the rate we paid and we need Expedia support to talk to the manager about our concerns.

It was a decent stay, the breakfast included was underwhelming, but we didnt pick the hotel based on food.
There are several dinning options near by, beef obradys, waffle hoise, McDonald's, wendys, kfc, taco bell, etc. The beds could of been more comfortable.

I called this location to make a change in my reservation for my daughters birthday and they did not want to shift it forward a day. I never even checked in. Expedia couldn't help and the person who picked up was rude and did not want to help me. Never using Expedia again.

Older property Smokey musty smell in the room opened windows but still did not help. Left a few hours after we got there. Will ask for a refund for at least one night.

It was what we expected for a budget 2 night stay. Sheets had some stains and comforter had what seemed to be cigarette burns on one side, but the bed was overall quite comfortable. There were some maintenance issues like the shower flooding the bathroom if you showered for too long, and the bathroom door had to be slammed or shimmied to latch. Breakfast was good and the gentleman tending to the breakfast area was very kind.

Overall, the room was clean, I love the shower, and had great coffee for the coffee maker in the room. Beds are soft and comfy. I had one complaint and that was the TV did not work in my room and when I called down to the front desk, instead of saying, let me change your room right away her first question was what do you want a TV? At the time I thought that was not even a question I paid for a TV. I should have a TV but she then accommodated and put me in another room with no problem so overall the service and the room wasn’t bad.

I stay here every time I come to Titusville FL. This is first bad experience I've had. I got bitten by something tha first that swole my wrist up. Tha next night I was killing all kinds of different bugs inside tha room. I Really LUV staying at Best Western but this was tha worst ever.

I was very happy with our stay here. We had not planned to get a place and needed a room right away. This hotel had an availability and we were able to stay for a week. We had a lot of fun, the location was perfect for driving to all parts of Florida, right in the middle of it all, the pool was clean and available which we used everyday, the breakfast was a full breakfast and delicious every day, Shelly and the first young man were awesome, always happy and helpful with smiles to began our day, the housekeepers were also awesome, very helpful and friendly, available for whatever we needed, and front end staff was professional and friendly, always ready to help or do whatever we needed. Everyone was so just absolutely awesome. We enjoyed ourselves so much thanks to all of you, the entire staff. Thank you for everything. Everything was clean each and everyday, thank you housekeepers. They are working daily to make things even better than what we had.

Staff was friendly and Breakfast was crowded but a decent continental set up. Locked out of the room due to computer problem and did not get housekeeping during our stay. Property is dated and in need of renovation. No clock in room or information brochure so working the tv was a challenge. Priced higher than it should be. If all you want is a bed and AC this will work and they do have a pool. Fitness center appeared closed but did not check. Marginal stay.

The desk staff were kind and efficient, however, the room was not the best. The floors were dirty, Could not walk on the floor barefoot without having to wipe my feet off to go to bed. The ac was barely cold and there were small bugs running around under the ac unit. Light touch housekeeping was fine but only came once in four days staying there. When checking out, waited 10 minutes, rang the buzzer several times but no one ever came.

Property is beautiful and has many facilities. The rooms were equiped with many appliances, including iron, and ironing board, a microwave, fridge, and a table. The only thing that I didnt like was the toilets inability to flush, and the fridge stinking.
