The hotel and staff were great. The location surroundings leave a lot to be desired.

We come back time and time again as this is a good hotel near many major concert venues. And a free breakfact for no extra cost!!

Great location for SoFi. Only complaint is the tightness of parking spots but understand you do what you can with property size.

Stay was fine I think it's an LA thing but the customer service was just nasty. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking charge was to be $10 per night however card was run for $100.00. Upon asking the front desk about it they stated I would need to call my booking team. All transactions and receipts would be received from them.

Everything was awesome! Would definitely come here again. Was a little sad that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, but everything else was 10/10 and will definitely be back. Especially appreciated how friendly and helpful the front desk was. Also, the pork breakfast sausages were the best I’ve had for a hotel breakfast. Yum!

A lovely friendly easygoing guest house. We enjoyed a spacious room, good breakfast included and convenient hot tub. It’s easy to find and a $10 Uber ride to all the attractions downtown

The hotel had an easy check in process and the staff was very friendly. My room was clean and served its purpose. My only complaint is a man was knocking on the door next to me early in the morning and i wish more was done to remove him or assist him.

The hotel is fine. The room and bathroom are clean and the mattress is comfortable, but there was a lot of street noise. A downside is they do not offer a shuttle to/from LAX and it cost $40 via Uber to get to the hotel from the airport.

I think they should not make us paid for parking we’re already paying for the hotel in top of this we need to paid for parking that’s not ok

I liked it for the good service, for the air conditioning, the bed, the bathroom, the breakfast service, I liked everything and it is well organized and clean.

The bathroom had a really weird smell to it, the people at the front desk were to busy talking to each other that they didn't even really explain what floor our room and so on. So we had to guess. Overall okay location but would stay somewhere ell next time

The property was clean and updated. Breakfast was good. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste but that’s just me. The only minus is the pool/spa area. That could use an upgrade. Otherwise I would definitely stay again.

The hotel had been updated but in a very tight lot next the 405.

Driving up to the hotel looks were very deceiving. The parking structure seemed very secure but all the spaces were compacted and the structure was very tight in general. Checking in was fairly easy even though the front desk staff (Male w/ glasses) was either annoyed or just had a bad attitude due to the influx of guest . Our room was way better than I expected , the pictures didn’t do the room justice . The bed was a nice queen size , extremely comfortable and blankets were extremely warm. You can tell they cleaned the restroom because it smelled of bleach. The refrigerator was broken slightly but still usable. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and extremely close to the sofi stadium where we were going ! I definitely would stay here again

We stayed here for one day as we had am early flight. The front desk worker John was very friendly as i had to call after we lost an air pod in the room. He was nice enough to find it and mail it back to us. Room was large and spacious, clean, and parking was easy.

Very clean and conveniently located off 405 freeway. Underground parking for $10 per night. Only 1 elevator so you had to wait sometimes to use such. Would stay again.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, friendly, good free breakfast, but it's LA, I would not go walking around outside, it didn't feel safe.

The pool and small Patio in that area are completly filthy how does this pass health codes!!! $500 for 2 night, they can afford to clean the pool.and wash the patio down! The water in pool and jacuzzi green, merkey, bad smell. Nasty. Breakfast was decent, but crowded and your right on top of people eating at the tables... Front desk, denied us late check out for no reason. As plently of room available on website day of check out. Maid walked into our room twice while were where in it? Why is that happeneing.. And front desk had us call back 3 times to just deney late chrck out even though I asked in plenty of time. unorganized company. Bed comfortable, clean, shower didnt drain well had a bad smell. No security gate for parking and someone pissed all over the tires of the cars in the structire so we had to immidiatly go to a car wash after leaving, there should be a code to enter and leave the structure its not safe with homless people walking in where cars are, screaming etc... Check in was slow but friendly, elevator is very slow.. Halls are hot. AC works well in rooms. Would not recommended staying, over all to expensive and unsafe for what is being charged.

The linens had a terrible odor, the phone kept ringing had to unplug it from wall jack, safe was not working just giving a beeping sound, my room wasn’t cleaned had to literally asked for it next day, requested two extra pillows they brought in towels but no pillows on dirty linens. Terrible 3 nights experience!!
