Fantastic stay! We had the King poolside suite and I can’t recommend it more! Comfortable, enough space to not have hotel claustrophobia and very clean. The roll in shower and rainfall shower head are definitely a nice touch but the shower head is too small for rainfall (replace that with a 12x12 and add a switch so the side head and rainfall work at the same time, shower is too big to have one or the other, you feel cold while taking a warm shower). Breakfast was awesome, walked over to Texas Roadhouse for dinner one night, plenty of DoorDash options the other night. Overall awesome stay, will definitely be there again.

Room was dirty there was sausages on floor from last guest. Toilet doesn’t flush properly either. The break fast was probably the worst ive had at a hotel. Sausages were super greasy!

Our ropm had a toilet that ran alot, flushing was an issue as well. The heating/cooling system did not work great. Tried to use control on wall since you took the knobs off system and it didnt work properly. Hotel had a bad order to it as well...

Front staff was very welcoming. When we arrived at our room, the heat was on and the room was 85 degrees. Took all night to cool the room down. The bed was really hard, and pillows were cheap. Pool was nice and clean.

The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the smell of the room. It smelled like cigarettes!

We chose parking access to room. Very convenient for someone with difficulty walking. Have choice of pool access or balcony also. Clean, comfortable room, friends staff, great breakfast. Will even make you an omelet. Book for 2 nights then boiked again for our return.

I keep coming back to this hotel when it is cherry season in Yakima. They are close to gorgeous wineries and cherry u-pick up farms, and we enjoy their pool to cool off from the beautiful sunshine weather. They also have excellent breakfast and lovely staff.

Amazing stay in Yakima! Every person on staff greeted us friendly! Breakfast was the best offering I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. They go above and beyond. If I’m ever back to Yakima I will visit again!!

We were on a road trip probably the best hotel we stayed in. Large clean room with a kitchenette with 2 queens and a eurobed with plenty of extra room and a balcony. The breakfast was great with eggs to order and a large dining area. As we left there was pleanty of staff cleaning the rooms pool and grounds. Would stay again.

Toilet plugged. The entire two nights. We were at the end of a long hallway second floor and had to use the bathroom on first floor. I am 77 didn’t work for me. The gal at the desk just wouldn’t get on top of this. When the young man at the counter took over things started happening. The gal should not be at counter. My opinion. But people need to feel like they are important when running a business. Room was clean foucets leaked all over the counter. But place just old. I won’t go back because a very hard two days walking to downstairs to restrooms. Shouldn’t have happened. The breakfast was very nice. Sadly disappointed as we like best western hotels usually

Stayed one night driving from Boise to Vancouver B.C. Good location, stores near by, inside room was quiet, we even liked the interesting old time photos throughout the motel. The staff was very professional. The breakfast had a large variety of options - wow. This will be our midway stopping point for our next trip.

The hotel handles a lot of truckers and is close to the highway. I asked for a quiet room on the second floor and the receptionist gave us a nice quiet room looking over the pool. Very nice. The breakfast was quite good too. An Outback Steakhouse is right beside the hotel and it had good food too.

Property was close by everything. Within a few min drive. Room and hotel are a little dated, but clean. Breakfast was amazing. The only weird thing was that the hotel didnt seem to have enough towels. They cleaned our room, took the dirty towels, but didnt replace them for day 2. So we only had 1 towel for 4 of us for day 2. They remedied it first thing the next day, but it was odd to not have enough towels. I still would stay here again though and recommend it.
