All is clean, the employees are so friendly and they are available to help.

I absolutely loved my stay at Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico. The resort was absolutely gorgeous, as well as my garden room with the ocean view. Room keeping came everyday, giving us new towels and doing a wonderful job making the room look brand new. I got a $50 credit each day to spend at the breakfast place, pool bar, or lobby bar. The food at the pool bar is surprisingly very good, and not just some microwaved frozen food. The breakfast was also delicious, we did the buffet each day. We had dinner at Mortons one night, which is always delicious. The bartenders, especially Roberto were wonderful. He gave us great restaurant and excursion recommendations. The beach at the hotel is small, so I recommend taking a 10 minute uber to go to Isla Verde beach. Water and beach is BEAUTIFUL there. Everyone is so nice. Overall an amazing destination and trip. I definitely recommend staying here, and I hope to be back soon.

There isn’t anything I disliked about Caribe Hilton except for the LIZARDS!!!

The best! I was early and they let me check in early. The staff is super sweet, professional, courteous and so helpful. Everyone is eager to help and make your time spectacular!!! I highly recommend staying at the Caribe Hilton!

Property has all the resort amenities which gives you the option to stay and enjoy or close to explore all tourist sites/activities.

Hotel furniture in the rooms need updating for the price we paid to stay in this hotel doesn’t match Comparison to other expensive hotels.

Absolutely love the beach and pool area! My favorite hotel to stay at in San Juan. The only issue I had was with the new restaurant Oceans. We went in for lunch and everything was amazing. Wanted to have dinner there and was told by the owner that they stop serving food at 11p. We came back in at 10:08pm and was told the kitchen was closed. I had asked the owner several times if the kitchen closed before they did and was told no.

Beautiful scenery. Easy access to the beach. Lots of amenities.

This property is located on ocean very nice

No was placed by the elevator booked 3 rooms one for my elderly parents for their anniversary they always dreamed to come on a tropical vacation and have an ocean view we have a view of the parking lot and are booked near the elevator where people routinely walk by making noise late at night. Last night there was a domestic violence situation with heavy argument and a man banging on a hotel door screaming to get in this happened around 4 am and caused a lot of discomfort my mom has severe anxiety and does not feel safe staying in her room

I liked that it really felt like I was at a resort. The pool area and beach were breathtaking. What I did not like was that there wasn’t any affordable or kid friendly food options besides Starbucks. Everything else was super expensive. I ate at the little restaurant outside of the hotel most of my nights there(Piola pizza). Also they charge a fee that you do get back but it was not listed on the charges like the resort fee is. So I was prepared for the resort fee but was surprised by the nightly incidental fee, which is $100 a night. I stayed about a week so that was a large chunk of money I was not prepared to pay. I had to move rooms initially as well because the room I was given at first had several things broken and I wanted my incidental money back at the end of my stay so I insisted on a room change, which I was given after they offered just to come up and fix the broken items. I liked that it wasn’t far from many attractions. Most Uber rides were around $5. It was a beautiful resort but I will not be staying again. Price point was too high and the rooms are small, the pictures are deceiving.

Such an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful. Had an amazing beautiful private beach. Peaceful and beautiful pool. Perfect for my honeymoon. Staff and housekeepers were absolutely great always had stocked towels and clean room.
