I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the standout features of my stay was the hotel’s observatory, which offered stunning views of the Mississippi River—a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location made it easy to walk to nearby nightlife and enjoy some great dining options.
Overall, my stay at The Westin was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Let me get my complaint out the way first: Valet Parking. Too expensive to be so slow.
Moving on. Check in was a breeze, the room was decently cleaned..although I did find a rogue few hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. The water in the shower took a while to get Hot. The bed seemed clean, as did the furnishings and glassware. Overall, I’ll give my stay a solid 7.8 out of 10. It was nice, but definite could have been better.
No, I didn’t take photos of the issues. It wasn’t anything I could clean for myself, but it’s a hotel..why should I have to, right?

Stayed there so that we were near the Aquarium. I had my 7 and 9 year old grandchildren with me. My only disappointment was no swimming pool.... the pictures on the website showed a pool and they no longer have one. I requested a river view... the kids loved watching the river and spotting cars in the quarter.

The hotel is really nice but the parking was over priced and the hidden fees like a deportation fee I never heard of is ridiculous oh and there was a barking dog across from our room I told front desk and they did take care of it.

Room service was not easy. We couldn’t connect to room service by phone. With several attempts someone answered and said let me call you back and never did. I decided to get dressed, go down to the 11th floor and request my order at the bar. There they accommodated our order.

My husband and I did a staycation and it was absolutely relaxing and amazing. Check in was a breeze and the workers were friendly. The rooms are huge and the hotel itself was just a welcoming atmosphere

This was the third trip we stayed at this hotel. It’s our absolute favorite in NOLA. All the staff are super friendly and helpful! One of the bartenders, Oliver, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! The hotel is in walking distance of Bourbon Street and many attractions. But not right in the middle of Bourbon Street, so it’s perfect. The only thing I would change at the hotel are the showers. Everything else is completely awesome!

The hotel was wonderful.The service in the restaurant and the bar was horrible! I went to the front desk to request a wake up call.We had an early flight which I obviously did not want to miss.I never got a call but fortunately I woke up 10 minutes after the time I requested. I complained when I checked out but the person at the desk did not seem to concerned. I expected better service for such a nice hotel.

Didn’t have the right room that I paid for. Room I was given (double queen not king I paid for)had no cold water, couldn’t shower because water was scalding hot. Hotel said they would refund me for my first night stay.
