The breakfast had limited options for people who can't eat starches. The "scrambled" eggs were absolutely disgusting! There was one yogurt in the fridge.
The lighting in the bathroom area was awful! The lighting in the shower/toilet area was ridiculously bright so you were blinded if you got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The lighting over the sink/mirror was dark and yellow so you couldn't see in the mirror very well. The trash/recycle can was tiny so we ended up having an overflow of trash.
We forgot a toothbrush. We called down to the front desk and there wasn't one to be had. Not a complimentary one or one in the little on-site store.

Location a bit loud with proximity to the highway but that was a convenience too. The lobby is awkward and made navigating arrival/check in uncomfortable during check in. Where to stand in line? Very odd space. The color scheme is the hallway with walls and rug was visually jolting. Aesthetically not pleasing spaces but functional and clean.

It’s your typical hotel/motel. Dim lighting, musty smell. Good for a night or two. Nothing spectacular for the price. Staff was excellent and super helpful when we asked for additional items for our room.

Property is showing its age. Although the room was very clean, it was so humid even with ac, that it was uncomfortable. Breakfast was crowded into a small serving area and not high quality. For the price I expected better.

The only problem was it’s still an old hotel and the AC was incredibly loud and clunky. Could not sleep with all the noise, finally had to knock myself out with a sleeping pill.

Homeless encampment very close, it’s not their fault but as a single person traveling alone in a new place it wasn’t the safest feeling place outside the building.

Our room was musty upon entry, but cleared up after running the AC for awhile. AC was a little dated and could use updating. The grab bar in the shower was pulling away from the wall. Breakfast was wonderful. Overall, our stay was fine and would stay there again if needed...convenient to interstate.

The first thing we did when we arrive was to check for bed bugs. We found a huge blood stain below the mattress and on the wall. We switched room, no blood stain this time but the curtains, translucent curtains, were dirty. Those translucent curtains were the only curtains we had, the privacy was almost absent.

Dirty tissue in room floor and dirty towel left on bathroom rack. Did not supply enough bath towels for number of people listed on room reservation. Air quality in room was uncomfortable. Pull out sofa was listed as a King and it was NO larger than a full. Wasn’t sure if linen was clean because it was very wrinkled.

Nice to have an uneventful stay. No problems to resolve, no miscommunications or lost reservations, not overbooked. Welcoming staff, clean room, very nice breakfast, good rates, hot tub was very relaxing. Just smooth and easy.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very convenient and pleasant. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable. Coming to Concord for a medical procedure and this was a great place to relax after surgery before traveling back. Hot tub was also very nice & helped me feel more relaxed prior to surgery. Pretended I was on vacation instead of traveling for medical care. Thanks!!!

I was told that roo service was only available every three days. That is unacceptable for the rate I paid. I had to ask for clean towels, the trash was not emptied and beds were not made on a daily basis. I will not be booking again at a Marriott if this is their policy. I also believe this Inn was hiring illegals. I will be calling Immigration.

Check in was great! Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The only thing that bothered us was that the hot tub was out of order but really no big deal. I would definitely stay there again.

They were short-handed so I don't know if that affected for breakfast but the food was pretty bad... The jacuzzi was broken. And as I was leaving after check out I saw a rat run under a bush right near the front door.

It hilarious that there are so many automated responses from your site. I never visited this hotel and therefore cannot review it. When I booked with you, your system reverted back to an incorrect date. As soon as I noticed it I called and responded to the hotel to get a refund. I was told that Expedia needed to issue a refund. I then called expedia who said that the hotel had to refund the money. With this kind of runaround I will be going on all of my social media to let everyone know not to book with you. My first review was kicked back because it said that I used profanity. I did not. It just seems like you don't want to post the negative reviews.
