$350 for a room for one night was outrageous. In fact it’s downright robbery. As far as the quality goes, it was not $350 worth. Elevator was broke down when we were leaving, so we had to carry 2 large suitcases from the 3rd floor all the way down to floor 1 via the stairs.

No frills hotel, but good for what it was. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but standard. Beds were small(fulls not queens) but comfortable, pool, spa and sauna were all clean and working. Air conditioning worked very well. Shower was hot with decent water pressure.Staff was friendly.

Slightly odd smell when we arrived. Kind of like it was smoked in and covered up by a heavily scented air freshener. It either faded or we hot used to it. A sign or information regarding towels at pool. We did not know to ask the desk first so were stuck soaking wet when we realized there were not any towels in the actual pool area.

The room was spacious, quiet and the beds were superbly comfortable. Nobody banged a hotel room door. Wifi .....connection was good. Daytime staff were very helpful. We appreciated having breakfast on site.

We were promised housekeeping for our three day stay. It did not happen until the final day after several complaints to the night staff.

We stayed there 9 months ago but I guess in hotel years that's a long time ago. It needs quite a bit of tlc and upkeep. Water damage upon entry.. second/first impression, not good. Water damage in gym. And also the room we were I'm should highly discounted or a supply room. The chair in the room i wouldn't even put my stuff in, let alone sit on. Please get rid of it. The staff was good.and breakfast ok.

Chair in the room was dirty, pool was contaminated and we couldn’t use it. Overall cleanliness of the room was not great. For the price we paid for one night I was completely disappointed.

when had got to the hotel we were informed the room we booked was taken by someone else and would need to wait until morning to resolve but one the women at front desk was able to find us another commendations in a king room.

The staff is phenomenal, the pool was clean, they were super easy going when I asked for a late checkout, the breakfast was amazing and the breakfast attendant was super efficient at her job.

Literally my only not even complaint is that I wish they had more kid friendly channels

close to highway

sketchy people everywhere in area walking late at night when arrived, night front desk person was not very friendly, Room was absolutely filthy, water pressure was basically non existent. we were only using to sleep , and if we weren’t going to be charged anyway we would’ve left. Besides basically being afraid to touch any surfaces in room , the topper was in morning when getting ready to check out gathering my things , I found someone else’s underwear and socks under vanity in bathroom🤢🤢

Having to be out by noon. Not a later check out time. That was the only bummer
