Decent breakfast. Loved the large bathroom!

Location was convenient

Hotel maintenance and outdated decor needs attention Broken window in front of the building taped up with blue tape. Bathroom in room was not clean and old towels, cobwebs, no tissues

The location and always happy with The Hampton Inn.

The room was cramped where beds were but the bathroom had a lot of space that wasn’t utilized.

The fire alarm went off twice in one night and the hotel didn’t give anyone a discount

We came in around 8 to ask about early check in. They said they would call us. We came back around 1:00 and sat in lobby because no one was at the desk. We waited about 20 minutes and still no one at desk. Finally someone walking by asked us if we need help , our room was already available but no one called. The next morning when we checked out no one was at desk. Waited 5 minutes before having to shout for someone twice . The room itself was adobe so other then the front desk it was ok

Easy access off the hwy. Great breakfast included. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating

The room was comfortable.

There was not free WiFi in the rooms, unless you give all of your information to sign up for the rewards program. That is misrepresenting from what was originally advertised. There were coffee cup markers on the bathroom sink. Not sure if it was a stain or not properly clean.

The pool and fitness area was closed.I booked in November no where did it say on the site that they were under repair. I would not have stayed if I had known.It would have been nice if a few bucks ha dbeen taken off the bill because of this.

Breakfast was ok

The bathroom was not clean at all! Hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. There was also a long strand of hair on the sheet when we pulled down the bed. We were on the bottom floor. Very noisy! Walls were paper thin. We were quite dissatisfied. We would never stay there again nor would we recommend it to anyone. The price wasn’t too bad but you shouldn’t have to settle for an unclean room.

The breakfast was very good. Nice selection.

The rooms are not soundproof and the pool was closed when we were there.

We ask to be closer to floor or elevator they put o frist which was down stairs. And way end hallway we. We ask on before arrival

A minor thing that doors were not installed correctly. Had sizeable gaps midway to bottom of frame. Not crazy about sliding, unlockable bathroom door in the room.
