A bit hard to find at first but that is the result of my cr’s GPS which filed to identify a turn off in time.

You might consider adding at least a snack restaurant more than your current pub and bistro limited selections

I liked the bed, my husband did not

I rented a room with a sofa bed as there were 3 of us but was given a room with a king size bed, no sofa and there wasn't a rollaway bed available. There also was no microwave in the room

sits off road in quiet part of town

property was fine but should invest in kuerig coffee makers so people could bring there own coffee

I liked the big confrence area, the coffee and bar in the lobby. All the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the dirty shower curtain that was stuck together and I had to pull it apart to pull the curtain to take my shower.

The Starbucks on site was fabulous! The room, though a bit worn down (it’s a conference center so you expect it to be a little worn) had comfortable beds and great water pressure. The evening staff were extremely friendly and engaging, as was the lovely retired woman running the Starbucks station in the morning.

The young lady that checked us in gave off VERY CLEAR signals she hates her job. She was put out to have to stand up and check us in (almost sighed) and though we had booked early check in, tried to start with a very negative, abrupt response that our room was “probably not ready because you are early”. after she realized she was wrong, the only other words she provided were “elevator is to your left”. Extremely poor customer service- at least FAKE it. It was very strange to us that housekeeping left giant piles of extra sheets and towels on the hallway table on the 2nd floor as hotels normally worry about people stealing that type of thing. We decided it must be a sign there is no night staff so it was self-serve if you needed something maybe? It was quite warm in the room and the heat would not go down to 65 but that’s just a personal preference.
