Because of weak internet connection I accidentally double booked a room and the hotel refused to refund the booking. Ridiculous and Unacceptable.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is great, the service is amazing, but the rooms need urgent renovation.
It really seems stuck in the 80s, furthermore the bed is not good at all.

This hotel is located a few meters from Stuttgart Central Station. You can walk there. They have a good breakfast buffet but you better buy it with your hotel reservation because it is not cheap.

Perfect 2 nights stay. Staff was so helpful, amenities were perfect. Breakfast was good. Rooms were so clean and big enough. Hotel is really close to train station BUT there is a huge construction going on and if you’re coming with train be aware that you are going to walk ups and downs to the hotel.

Staff paid more attention to busywork than customers. Waited in line at checkin AND checkout while several staff chatted and did paperwork behind the counter.
Rooms were noisy
Tried to book 3 nights. But they said third night was full. They would contact me if a room opened up.
Never was contacted and later Expedia had the room. Booked it there

Great hotel. We were able to check in early. Spacious room with modern bath. Breakfast was plentiful with many selections. Very quiet room. The hotel is probably a 15 minute walk from the train if it were not for the station being under construction. We would stay here again

Le Meridien was very clean and very quiet, pub food and staff were outstanding and the front desk is very helpful.Also the cleaning staff are very friendly

Property was average. Staff were very kind. We stayed at smaller, more quaint properties in Frankfurt and Heidelberg, which seem to be more our preference. Parking was a lot more expensive than anticipated, however very safe. Our room was missing soap and tissues apon arrival, but was filled before our second night. Lots of construction in front of hotel, but very convenient to train station.

My recent stay at Le Méridien Hotel exceeded my expectations, particularly in terms of service. The assistance provided was impeccable and truly enhanced my experience.
The reception staff consistently greeted us with warmth and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. They even provided my little one with various gifts and toys, which was a thoughtful touch appreciated by the whole family.
However, while the service was exceptional, the hotel facilities could benefit from some renovation. Although functional, they appeared slightly outdated.
On the bright side, the hotel's location is ideal for business travelers. Its proximity to key business districts and amenities makes it a convenient choice for those on business trips.
In summary, Le Méridien Hotel offers outstanding service, making it an excellent choice for business travelers. While some facilities may require updating, the overall experience is memorable and satisfying.

The staff was fantastic...very friendly and accommodating. We had to charge our car one day, and one of the staff accompanied us to the garage charging station and helped us set it up (the garage is onsite which is nice). Rooms were very nice, albeit fairly dark....there wasn't enough lighting. The location is good...there aren't a lot of restaurants or shopping right next to the hotel, but a 10 minute walk puts you in the middle of everything. We felt very safe walking everywhere, even at night.

This hotel is very close to all amenities within walking distance. It is very clean and all the staff are pleasant and helpful. We had a very big bed which was really comfortable and enjoyed our stay

Very expensive room for what you get. The staff was very nice however we had a shower leak that was never resolved and was leaking all over the carpet.
The location is difficult to get to due to the construction at the train station. Would be very hard for folks that have mobility issues.

The lovely hotel is a casualty of the tremendous construction going on for the new train station; it affects it in every way. The staff however is fantastic. We had a minor problem with our room and they fixed it immediately. They were very gracious and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room amenities were superb! The room service breakfast was amazing!

Very disappointing booking. The staff was excellent and friendly. The room on the other hand was lacking. I've never slept on a mattress that was so uncomfortable in any other hotel. The bed was so stiff it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. The bathroom was small and basic compared to other hotels with similar prices. I will not be returning to this location unless I absolutely have no other options.
