Good clean room for the night and the breakfast buffet was great for the road. Great coffee…!

It was more of a motel like. I was traveling with my kids so I requested a room change to be in the main building. That room was way better. The front desk understood and didn’t even hesitate. But I won’t be staying there again.

good place for the price carpet could use a good cleaning or replaced other than that I enjoyed my stay we left it at 5:00 in the morning when I went outside and I thought I heard a gunshots not too far away but it could have been fireworks

It was a very nice stay. The desk associate, Gwen, could not have been friendlier! She really was an amazing help making the difference from good to great!

At check in representative was sotting outside, did not come in until there was 2 of us waiting, then 3. The faucet and shower dripped all night. The bed sucked. Drapes wouldn't close all the way. All and all could not wait to leave, up all night!

I drove into the parking lot around midnight to check in and drove immediately out. A sorry looking establishment that had people hanging around. Very seedy looking. Place looks closed like the boarded up restaurant next door.

Cleanliness was mostly good, but service was not so good. Workers were friendly, but requests to front desk were sporadically answered. In some cases, they responded right away, in other cases, they did not for a day or longer. For example, I indicated WiFi was down and was told they'd reset it in about 20 minutes. After several calls over the course of nearly 20 hours, they finally reset it. A couple of more requests I had to call to remind again, after giving >1hr when I was told either they'd be right up, or be there in 20 minutes. Hot water not working properly in sink. Phone not working. Some bugs in room. No one came by to give us room service despite staying there 3 nights (and no Do not disturb sign provided for the room, so no reason for it to be neglected), so we had to keep putting bags of trash in the hallway to be picked up. Noticed some other rooms also doing this. Ordinarily, I tend to either give good reviews, or don't fill out these reviews but I felt given the relatively expensive cost of my room, and the repeated issues I found, that I should let others know.

Horrible customer service!!! There was no one at front desk, called for over an hour, even called the 1-800 number for company and the reps on the phone couldn't even get someone to answer the phone (this was after 4!!!! Reps transferred me to another) ... Room was mediocre, pillows/beds not comfiest. Will not stay here or with this hotel company again
