The staff was nice, but we discovered a wet, used towel on the back of the bathroom door. It was rather disgusting. Also, the bathroom has no vent, so it is a humid mess which never fully dries.

Already gave hotel!

Our room faced the parking lot. Our flight was canceled and the front desk was very accommodating in allowing a late check out and shuttle service to our next hotel. Front desk employees very kind, friendly and helpful.

the staff was excellent, helping me carry our (large) grubhub dinner order out to the courtyard. they were friendly and asked several times if we needed anything. they were always at the front desk (sometimes at hotels you cannot find the front desk staff, especially when the hotel isn't busy). the courtyard area and pool were nice. the rooms are basic and smell ... odd. i asked about it and was told it's because the hotel needs remodeling/upgrading. the rooms are old and smell as such, said the staffer. the hotel was quiet, the beds (full size, not queen) comfortable and it's nice each room has access to the outside with a sliding glass door (as well as the interior entrance). several restaurants are within walking distance, including delmonico's, a Japanese restaurant and 5 guys. the pool is noisy and shallow, but gets the job done if you have kids in your group.

Everything was absolutely top tier! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Evonne in the bistro/bar area and honestly all employees were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay.

The pool was great but it needed to be cleaned. Also, the pool area talks about a spa but there is no spa.

The television was dark and when I asked a maintenance person, they said I would have to trade rooms until I get a good one. The desk manager told me that the brightness of the TV depends on the brightness off the room. Neither of them were aware of LG's Hotel Code.

Liked Jenny’s bakery nearby. Hotel was typical. No coffee in lobby…found Jenny’s.

4 stars because I selected this hotel based on its advertisement of having an airport shuttle. I needed to leave for the airport at 5 am and was told the shuttle wouldn’t run until 7. Had to get a pretty pricey Lyft. Otherwise stay was fine.

Extremely comfortable room in a very convenient setting. The desk personnel and room service people were extremely responsive and nice.

The hotel was fine and the offered breakfast, but the cost is ridiculous. It’s better to walk or drive to My Hope to the family diner. We had two large breakfast for 26. The hotel breakfast would have cost double or more.

MY TV WOULDN'T WORK. THEY SENT A GUY UP BUT HE COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK AND SAID IT WOULD BE FIXED THE NEXT DAY. I TOLD HIM I NEEDED A TV THAT NIGHT AND HE SAID YOU WILL HAVE TO CHANGE ROOMS THEN. I FIDDLED WITH THE TV MYSELF AND GOT IT TO WORK. THEY HAD NO MICROWAVE AND VERY PAPER THIN TOILET PAPER.

Even though this is an older hotel, the lobby is great and the staff is exceptional!

Nice hotel overall but no ice machines and the filtered water tank was empty.

It was perfect. Staff was kind. Room clean great water pressure and more. The price was right to for the times we live in.

Nice place to stay not much traffic in the area

The bed is too small for family. I thought was two queen size beds but it’s only double size . Very uncomfortable almost can’t sleep. And it’s very noisy. Don’t want to go back again

A nice hotel and in a safe and peaceful area of Rochester.

Staff were friendly and allowed an early check in which was helpful. Hotel lobby is nice. Parking is convenient. Beds and linens were nice but room could be updated and cleaned better.

It was nice to stay in a hotel with a pool that was close to amenities and the highway. An easy place to work from.

The airport shuttle drivers were courteous and timely. All staff were friendly and accommodating, even ordering a taxi to take me to a family funeral. Restaurant service in the hotel was a much appreciated convenience. After a long travel day I ordered a Mediterranean Grain Bowl at the bistro. It was a fresh, delicious, and memorable bistro meal which I ate in my room. Also, the cooked-to-order breakfast... Oatmeal with plump blueberries and maple syrup...yum! I would stay again!

First room, a/c wasn’t working and we had to move rooms. Second room was much farther from our family (also on another floor) so it was inconvenient but I was glad they could give us a room with working air con.

Great hotel!! Clean well maintained. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were fabulous. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Negative points, which were surprising since it was a Marriott-owned hotel, were the size of the room (small), lack of a microwave, and no couch (only one comfortable chair in the room). Elevators were old and creaky and slow. Very nice lounge area near the Bistro.

Room felt dated. Pull out couch bed was awful. No water refilling. Heat was inconsistent too hot then cold.

Great older property with absolutely heavenly beds! Quiet and excellent staff. I would offer a complimentary light breakfast, but can understand why they do not with the Bistro on premise. Lovely pool. Overall solid 8 out of 10. We will return in the future.

Would revisit.
