From the outside the hotel looks old but wants you are inside is very modern, front desk staff very welcoming and friendly and the rooms a bit small for 4 people. Be that it was a great stayed

Our room was very tidy and clean. The room service came daily to make sure we had towels and our garbage was dumped. Our room was on the beach side and had a balcony that overlooked the ocean. Sitting out on the balcony watching the waves crash and the birds fly was very relaxing. Each morning for breakfast, there was someone making delicious omelets to order. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here, and honestly, we will probably continue to stay here anytime we are in Orange Beach. The room was nice and the staff was nice, with the exclusion of one older man, but we only saw him once. There is a lady there, I believe a manager, who is absolutely amazing though!

Gorgeous room with a direct view of the Gulf. Amenities were great. Ice machines, washer/driers available. Daily housekeeping, which is unheard of anymore. Breakfast bar included a made to order omelette bar.
Pool was nice, but not heated. Parking was safe. Close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment for kids. Can’t say enough nice things. This was a gem!

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. Loved it this time too, other than being woke up at 5:15am by loud talking people in the next room. They moved us to another room, but not ideal to have to pack up and move when you're wanting to sleep. Made to order omelets was great! Comfy bed, nice and clean room.

We had such a great time and enjoyed our stay! I had lower expectations aftering reading some of the reviews but we didn't find anything less than perfect. I saw talk of uncomfortable beds but I thought they were EXTREMELY comfortable. They are on the firm side, but it was GREAT support for my back. It was a quiet area within a quick driving distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing and were a big help when we wanted to extend our stay. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect location! Friendly staff! Room was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for our short stay. I was pleasantly surprised by made to order omelet bar included with the continental breakfast. We’ll definitely stay again.

Wonderful time and my second fall break stay at this hotel. I’ll be back again! The hotel has the perfect location for all food and essentials and shopping you would need (and most is walkable) — and it’s beach front. The pool is great for children and quick dips for adults. The deck is great for sunbathing and conversation and a lazy nap. The beach front is pristine. Inside, my room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping is beyond awesome and so courteous. The hotel staff is great and the people staying there are courteous and kind. It’s just a gem on the gulf!

I enjoyed a short weekend stay here. Love that they have private access to the beach! I could also walk across the main road to a few restaurants and a Walmart neighborhood market. Clean rooms and friendly service. I would stay here again!

sliding door to balcony was hard to open and close the tv kept having a thing pop up on the screen day and night even when the tv was off they said they could not do anything about it.

I was a little leary of beachfront hotels but the Sleep Inn on the Beach pleasantly surprised me. The staff was nice, the room was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend a floor mat in front of the balcony door for rainy days (we loved having the door open when it was sprinkling but the rain did splash in). Access to the beach was easy (too bad the hotel is surrounded by tall condos). Going mid-week "off-season" is still the best way to go. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We liked our visit very well at the Sleep Inn. The staff were great! The breakfast was perfect. Our view from our balcony was beautiful. We will return in the future.

Easy check-in/check-out. The full breakfast is really nice with many options. Only complaint is loud tv coming from neighboring room after 2am, quite annoying. Not a fan of the opaque windows on the bathroom doors and not a
fan of the double bathroom doors that pull together and don't lock. But, not a game changer. Nice pool area with plenty of chairs, and great beach access. We will book again.

Our luggage was flooded by the airconditioner condensation and I was told I could use the dryer on the property to dry my clothes. When you are only there for three days who wants to spend 1/2 a day 'babysitting' the laundry. The manager moved us out of the room but I noticed they put someone else in the room right after us. We also could smell pot in the hallway during one of the nights. Not a very classy place!

The staff was super nice and attentive to our needs. Very friendly and polite. The free breakfast was very good. The hotel is directly on the beach which was nice however the rooms are very small. We did not have a balcony so we had no place to hang swimsuits/ towels to dry. Pretty frustrating especially when the room was small. The pool area is very nice but the pool is old and could use a few repairs. Overall not a bad experience. However would definitely ask for a room with a balcony if we stayed here again.
