Lobby is fine, floors have buckling carpet, were dirty and not well maintained. Rooms were clean and decent space but should be redone. Parking is overcrowded- there were events there. People were cleaning ongoing but could not keep up with food in halls etc. Hotel needs a refresh

Overall great stay! The location was perfect to walk to the beach.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were placed in a room with an adjoining door which was fine the 1st night of our stay. However, the 2nd night there was a large party with a lot of yelling and partying into the late hours in the room next door. The front desk did go talk to the other group to keep the volume down at twice when I called and the office offered to move us if it continued to be an issue. Shortly after midnight the group quieted down. We've stayed in many different hotels and never heard a peep from the other side of adjoining rooms. This hotel did not have the quality of doors I have come to expect and we heard everything from next door. Would not be my first choice for a quiet getaway.

Couldn't get the King Room with Intercoastal and Ocean view that I reserved, in March, because of hotel renovations being done. The noise from it was loud and annoying. I had no car and the restaurant was closed for remodeling. A very limited lunch/dinner menu was offered by a cook, in the bar area. About 5 items were on it, nothing of which was appealing. I was not about to pay to have food delivered. This is advertised as a high-end resort and said they had shuttle to their beach, they don't. This was supposed to be an R&R vacation, after having gone through Chemo for cancer last year. I saved up money and I was near tears over this whole disappointing stay. I am a 76 year old widow and I asked the hotel for some kind of discount off my bill. I do not want a free stay or room offer. I'll see what happens.

Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. Room service was bad. Food was mediocre at best and not prepared to order. No condiments. Not even salt & pepper. One glass of water to share with 2 meals. Room is worn needs help. Water leaked into closet a soaked my wife’s shoes. Coffee bar was well stocked and nice

The location was good. I could walk to the beach within 5 min. However, it took 20 min to get checked in since the front desk active the room card key. It was very frustrating after a long flight. Also, my room smelled like urine, and the sofa was ripped and very dirty. I would not stay at this hotel again.

One room had mildew smell they came and spray air freshener made it worst

The property was nice, but it can use some more updating. My refrigerator wasn’t cold it was cool and I requested for the marina view and I got the intercostal view I don’t know if it was because I had my dog and on some of their website it has 3 prices for dogs $141…. $50… and when I got there front desk told me $75 my dog is not a service dog, but he’s well behaved. But I say it was average👍

The parking situation was HORRIBLE, both days leaving the resort my vehicle had dump all over it as well as driving around for over 20mins to find a parking spot. We were told by the valet gentleman that the parking garage was not for our use, however the last day we stayed another valet attendant stated that we could use it. Room was nice but we needed to wash our vehicle twice while staying there.

The front desk was very good and responsive to our requests throughout our stay. The halls and rooms need a touch up, but that is cosmetic. The room was clean and bathroom very nice. The hotel food was particularly good and we enjoyed our breakfast every day.

Lobby was very interesting. The Art and scent amazing. View was spectacular. The hotel wasn’t fabulous but you can tell it’s been updated. For the money and the view it was a great deal! Good location. Close to the beach and Mizner park and only a few minutes away to the Brightline train station which can take you to Miami, Orlando, and Palm beach I believe. Quiet spot. Pool quite small but does the trick if it isn’t busy. Apparently this is the spot locals go for drinks. Food isn’t the greatest but I heard from locals they frequent the outside bar for drinks with a view!

Only one restaurant the pool was too small too many people to really enjoy the pool experience. The pool area needed to be updated in regards to the patio furniture the cushions were stained the entire patio needed to be steam cleaned. The food was above average the service was above average also.

Property is considerably old needing urgent restoration. The supposed food and beverage credit was not received as mentioned during check-in but told otherwise during checkout. Only available dining area is outside and most undercover so exposed to sun and rain (useless).

Our stay was ok. Front desk aren’t the friendliest. They are remodeling but never mentioned that prior to check in or at check in. They make you pay for self park which is crazy because half the parking is gone due to the construction. No garbage cans anywhere. Birds everywhere. The restaurant was very good. My kids enjoyed the pool. In my opinion the place needs a revamp of management, training and furniture.

Not a great experience. There was some sort of construction project going on that non of the guests were informed of.
Subsequently we all had to endure drilling noises and masonry dust in the rooms.
When asked to be moved I was offered a room closer to the works!!
Really poor communication processes and lack of understanding in the customer concerns with no plan b in place.
Bar food was substandard and no follow up from staff when this was brought to their attention.
I get the feeling they rely on the good location rather than working at providing a positive experience and there is a sense of general apathy towards this fundamental goal.

Horrible staff . From early morning they start doing construction and drilling . Woke. Us up. It felt like they were drilling in our room. When I went Down stairs and talked to manager , he was sooo unprofessional . He was lying in my face. I don’t recommend this hotel/motel at all. It’s not so clean as well, on pictures it looks so much better. I usually never write bad reviews but this is a must. This hotel doesn’t respect or treat guest they way they should .this hotel is a Big failure

Terrible construction noise all day. Cracked sinks. No phone nor access to the front desk. Outlets only no working usb ports. WiFi didn’t work and had to pay for 1 day. The food at the outside grill was good though

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is awesome and the breakfast we had was delicious! I would definitely stay here again.
