The property was fine the location was good. But the room was not what I expected. The bed was horrible and we had no hot water. We had to wait for maintenance to come fix whatever the problem was. They were aware of it because the maintenance man came with exactly what he needed to get the problem fixed. This hang up made us late to our event.

The overall stay was not bad, except for inconsitent fees and the most ridiculous pushy security guard I have ever seen. I was staying there with elderly father on our way to visit family, I needed some space and was sitting in the by the entrance to the physical fittness center that is open 24 hours while getting the break I needed and waiting for some laundry to dry, also 24 hour service, and the security guard out of nowhere appears and starts to question wether I was a guest or not. I was not upset at this not at all and understand that anyone could sneak in and just pretend to stay there. Its after he verifys that I am staying there he still insisted that I am not allowed to sit there. I was literley forced to leave the hotel and wait for my laundry to dry at a restaruant next door. Even after I came back in and went to get my clothes he came to bother me and try to make me go. I just told him not to worry tomorrow I will check out and not be coming back.

Tesla super chargers right in parking lot. Bathroom above Room 226 has been leaking right onto bathroom ceiling and has a damp smell.

Room on 4th floor was unbearably hot. Small room AC not able to keep up. Couldn’t get temp below ~90 degrees. Central air either missing or broken. Got moved to a room on the first floor where room AC unit was broken but temp was more bearable. Went to cool off in pool and it was stagnant and cloudy. This is the first time we’ve ever been disappointed by a Courtyard.

I did not like that the bathrooms did not have an exhaust fan. The fire alarm was set off from using my hairdryer brush. That has never happened to me.

I would have rated this stay a 5, but unfortunately we stayed 3 night and the last 2 night someone was smoking pot. We could smell it inside our room and hallways stunk. I have 2 small children and 1 has asthma which we did not appreciate as this was a non smoking room/area. So that made it highly disappointing. On the last night since there was a patio outside our room there were people at 3am talking non stop for an hour it was awful.
On a positive note:

Made reservation last minute on phone app in car white stuck in traffic. Got to hotel; front desk said my reservation was for acc room, but I didn’t need that; wanted a room on upper floor; he said the acc room was just the same as reg room except for the handles that n bathroom, but it wasn’t- bathroom counter was very small. Regular rooms it’s twice the size.
Gals at restaurant very nice, helpful. Cesar salad should be served w/dressing on the side. Mine had way too much dressing on it, since I couldn’t finish it. I had ordered to go to take to my room so I didn’t see it till I got up to my room. Flatbread pizza was tasty.

The noise of the freeway was disturbing throughout the night. At times louder than the tv that was an attempt to drown out the outside noise.
There was some type of black "gunk" around the grab bar handle in the shower.
Mattresses were extra firm.
Positives- easy access to rooms and property.
Very friendly and efficient staff.
Larger than most rooms with 2 queen beds.

Toilet bowl was dirty and I had to get service to clean it up. Never seen that in any hotel. Building smell very old like tobacco smell. This is like an old motel that needs an upgrade. Marriott could do better than this.

The location of the hotel was super convenient. Had lots of food options nearby. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

My bed was terrible, it had a huge dip in the middle. The carpet was so dirty, I was afraid to take off my shoes. The toilet was broken when we got there. There was a ring in the toilet. There wasn’t enough supplies, toilet paper, towels, etc. The water would not get hot.

The staff gave passive aggressive attitude. We were given complimentary breakfast due to the double charge mess up. The food wasn’t great.
Hallway carpet needs to be spot cleaned there were a lot of stains.
Other than the above mentioned issues, the hotel room was clean and quiet.

Speedy check in. Nice people at front desk. The room was decent, the elevator and balcony felt a little outdated . Also my room was next to elevator and u can hear everytime people were going in or out. Also the remote for tv just felt very cheap .

I consider myself easy going. However, the hallway to my room was under construction zone and very unsafe. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor, the toilet ran, the hot water ran out on the second day. Oh, and the fire alarm flickered constantly throughout the night. The front desk told me hotels.com had to address my complaint, but then hotels.com said the front desk had to. I requested a partial refund since I still stayed there (because I had no time to look anywhere else since I was on a jam packed work trip). The hotel was unapologetic. Hotels.com should NOT sell rooms that are in a construction zone! I am not a Karen. This is only my second time writing a poor review in the near decade I have used this site to book hotels. This booking should have never happened and I don’t want anyone else to go through it.

The water for the sink took too long to get hot and didn't fully reach an actual hot temperature. There were no trash bin liners and the channel signalies experienced too many technicalities.

Hotel was in a great location for our one night stay. The room was clean and as expected. Yes it was near the freeway but wasn't to noisy when window was shut. Was worth the money.
