I didn’t like that the room415 was ragged. Loose and dirty bed skirt, stained carpet, loose bathroom knob and loose faucet. Need to be remodeled and upgraded It does not have the Embassy Suite elegance that we are use to

Very dated. Desperate need of upgrades to the rooms and living quarters.

Staff is very friendly

Facility is overall very old, bathroom had chipped paint and poorly grouted tile. Embassy Suites were once so well maintained. The nicest part of the hotel was the bar.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The bed was really comfortable along with the room. Housekeeping was great, they would come by everyday without requesting. Location is convenient and close to everything. The pool however, looked like it needed treating. The water level was low and the water was a little cloudy. My biggest issue through was with the people staying in the room next to me. I went out on the balcony on night to find the lady next door passed out slumped over on a chair and her balcony was litter with cigarettes. She looked unconscious. I woke up asking if she was ok just to make sure. She seemed very out of it. The next night I went out and found her and someone else smoking something. I don’t know what it was, but it wasn’t weed or cigarettes. I have two young kids so I called the front desk. I told them everything and how I found the woman passed out the previous night and I suspect they’re doing hard drugs. They said they couldn’t move me that night. The next day nothing was done but with moving be but was a pile of trash out side the druggies door. Lots of liquor bottles. I thought maybe the hotel kicked them out. However, I wasn’t taking any chances being how a dust of fentanyl can kill you…I booked elsewhere. As I was leaving with my kids I saw the druggie walking back to her room. Pretty bad move my management letting her stay, in my opinion.

Give free drinks but the good stuff

Our daughter attends a local university, so this is usually our "go to" hotel to stay in for convenience. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, the atrium style lobby with a nice complimentary happy hour and beautiful complimentary breakfast is the selling point here! As far as the rooms... linens are good and clean, however every room we stay in smells like mildew. One time it was so bad, I had to switch rooms. If Hilton would just take the carpet out of the rooms and put down some sort of vinyl planking, it would be a huge impact on overall customer experience. The rest of the hotel does not have a smell, it's just when you enter the guest rooms.

First room had a wet carpet and the room smelled. The second room smelled like marijuana and had smoke inside. The third and final room we were moved to was fine. Overall just a horrible stay.

Outstanding property, outstanding staff, outstanding food, outstanding experience!!

The breakfast, happy hour, & just the hotel all around is great. I love when I stay at this hotel.

Beds were squeaking and rooms smeled like mildew in all 3 rooms they put us in. Housekeeping walked in without knocking while I was getting dressed, luckily my husband had just finished. The room had mold on the ceiling. The shower rod was broken and the sink was leaking. The staff Luis was the only one who seemed to care the rooms were awful. He tried to put us in other rooms but they were all the same. Called customer service to request they put me in another one if their hotels nearby i was willing to pay the difference if i needed to. They refused and said i can just checkout and i have to wait for my money to be returned and it will take a few days. The manager at the hotel really didn’t care and said there is nothing he could do. No discount, no im sorry, no nothing. It was so bad I have pictures and videos. I loved embassy and would only stay there, but after this… never again.

Bathroom was disgusting,yellow bloated ceiling tile in shower. Rug was coming undone,bathtub was rusting out,they tried painting over it. Air conditioning was not working properly

We have been several times! But it looks like the need start remodeling ASAP

Good things: good customer service, which is excellent at the front desk, pool is in decent shape, fitness center is in excellent condition. Bad things: lighting is poor inside the rooms and it feels very old and musky in there. Besides that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, if this was not the case all else can be dismissed, but they really ought to get new beds and pillows that are up to standard with the industry.

Nice hotel, very clean, has nice poil and nice hot tub. Conveniently offers free full breakfast service every morning, made to order omlets, fresh fruit. And the restaraunt us upen 24 hours, so can get good food any time. Room was large, had 2 rooms actually, a bed roomand a living room, both had large tvs. Has the large atrium design with rooms around the perimeter, glass elevators. Would definately stay again.

Loved it!

The property is nice, but it can go in either direction. They have a lot of nice amenities. The breakfast is very good, there's a pool, hot tub and room service. The rooms are very spacious. However, the carpet is a little musty, had to lysol it. It took us a few hours to get bath towels upon arrival, the bathroom has sloppy grouting and caulking, the pillows are flat and soggy, the pool could be cleaned and pool tiles repaired. There was lack of plates on the buffet. You never know who is staying at your hotel. So if attention is given to these details, then embassy would have consistent 5 star reviews. Just because a review is written, doesn't mean that changes will be made. I realize that, but this embassy has the potential to be a true gem. Overall, like I said, it could go in either direction because it has immense potential, if attention is given to these details.
