Nice location, good facilities

As expected of a 5 star hotel, it is an impressive property. What makes it special are their staff. Right from the reception, manned by Akshay and the restaurant where Santosh and Gaurav who looked after me personally, they all are star performers. They are so friendly and chatty and put you at complete ease. Well done, Leela Palace. Will defintely stay here next time I'm in Bombay

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast choices were aplenty catering to all tastes. Property was clean and well maintained.

Very convienient, close to the airport

Beautifull hotel and really nice guest service

The front desk overcharged my credit card at the time of check out. Lactose free milk was not available in the breakfast restaurant. We purchased and gave it to the hotel to prepare coffee.

The whole hotel was clean, the room had a bathtub, and the staff were very friendly.

The entire onboarding process was terrible. The room wasn't ready when we arrived and after a wait, we were given a smoking room. when we complained about the smoke smell, they didnt believe us and sent housekeeping to spray air freshner, which we declined. We requested a new room, but it wasnt provided until late in the evening.

We had an extremely bad experience during our stay at leela. Right from onboarding to guest services. The hospitality was a hit or miss and did not meet the bar. I would be reluctant to book with leela again.

Staff was not very accommodating, we have stayed at many great hotels and this hotel so far was the worst one. VIP services were no such thing. Lobby area had basic hotel feeling. We asked the hotel for some plates and they d need as the food was not from hotel. We asked the staff at breakfast to pack the paratha as my husband could not eat as he has not taken the acidity medicine and the staff refused with out any hesitation. Poor service, we had vip booking which was completely ignored, in fact we were treated like baggers for small things. No don’t waste your money and time. There are way better hotels with same pricing.

Good hotel but the door of the room does not stop the sounds enough so this makes the room noisy. Good breakfast and the service level is great.
