Afraid this hotel needs it's renovation asap Corridor, room smelt of age, many rooms were being aired also on the walk to ours so not a good sign, the building is also odd, a faded, unremarkable business hotel from the 80s it seems

The Cafe had the most amazing higher quality buffet breakfast. Also great for dinner. Hotel is 15 minute walk from shopping area. Subway stop below hotel.

Old and dated hotel in an ok location

Hotel at time of visit was under construction in the lobby. The staff was very kind and professional. Housekeeping did great. Location is right on the O metro line and quick to get around with no need to step into the rain. Most sites other than the park require a ride away from the hotel. The rooms are clean but dated and need freshening up. The rooms HVAC does not keep it US cold. The last two days the room was warm not cool or cold. First two days it was cool not cold.

Hotel was average and not worth the cost. Only half the staff were polite and helpful. We stayed here during the 5.0 earthquake and no one blinked an eye. They told us to go back to our room. Not very comforting when you aren’t from Japan and have never been in this situation.

Hotel is aging. They also cancel the shuttle between hotel and Shinjuku station which make the walking distance very uncomfortable especially during summer or a raining day

Old hotel, nice rooms, not much to add. Not even coffee in the rooms. TV ok. Low quality restaurants in the hotel. Not a remarkable stay.

The staff was outstanding. Highly recommend getting the breakfast option. Hands down a great value!!

The property was close to transit and was easy for my family to go to other places. It was easy and convenient and close to food options.

Great location helpful staff easy check in good restaurants nearby especially Afuri Ramen place. Close to hop on hop off bus stop. Shinjuku train station the most busy and confusing place easy to get lost even according to locals. No concierge to arrange tours. Google translate would help with language translation especially with the camera. IC cards are not sold at train stations in case you are trying to buy metro transit cards. 7 eleven nearby super helpful to buy essential groceries and drinking water. Relatively small room but in an excellent location. Felt very comfortable and safe.

Property is great. One stop from shinjuku station or 15 minutes walk. The metro station has an access from right below the hotel. Very convenient. It’s in a business area across from government buildings

The property was great. Expedia is the worst and I will never use you again. You clearly don’t want to honest reviews since you keep rejecting this. There’s nothing in this message that is not publishable. Just another example of how little you care about your customers (former customers). But that’s OK because I can leave so much much worse reviews at many other sites. I’ve already done some and I will continue to do more. I am going to cost you a lot of money. I have a team at 3000 people and they are no longer allowed to use Expedia.

Great hotel.

This hotel just feels old and outdated. Convenient location and some good restaurants off the lobby, but it’s not worth the money.

This is in the business area away from the busy and crazy areas, yet within the walking distance to them. It’s quite and super nice.

This property is great in terms of its location except that rooms are tiny. We are a family of three with a daughter in early teens and it was so hard to move around the room or open a suitcase unless you place it on the bed.

Easy to move in/out to anywhere in Tokyo!
