This is our favorite hotel in Paris. It is a luxurious, grand hotel, close to the Opera, with superb dining options at the Café de la Paix. The staff members are all extremely helpful, and kind.

had an amazing stay at the hotel with excellent staff to help or make our stay even better. room was on the 1st floor which gave you a high ceiling and windows to match. beds were one of the best and cafe de la paix had an amazing breakfast.

I had stayed here in 2005 with my children and returned because I loved the hotel's grandeur and remembered it fondly. However, when we arrived, albeit it early, we were assigned a room overlooking the A/C units even though we paid extra for club level. We were offered no upgrades, despite our status with Expedia. The room itself was small, the duvet cover was torn, the shower grout job was extremely poor, the tub was rusty in the corner, and the showerhead was dirty. Absolutely not what I expect from an Intercontinental or this property, which I previously loved, in any regard. I am not sure what happened, but I hope someone gets this property back on track.

Wonderful location! Great staff. We book lounge access which is absolutely worth it! The only downside, which had nothing to do with the hotel was the damn mosquitos! It was so beautiful outside that we left the windows open and work up to bites everywhere!

The hotel is nice, but for the price I would definitely stay somewhere else which is newer and located closer to other places of interest. This is a good but old classic hotel.

Very nice place to stay and left me a wonderful memory in this Paris trip. Outside of the window is Palais Garnier. The restaurant environment is gorgeous, too. I would want to come back again

Very grand property but in a very busy area.
Rooms are dated but very clean. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Nice hotel. Nothing special about it to be honest. Rooms are too small didn’t even have a proper door that closes. It was like barn style door for the bathroom. You after 1kCAD a night you could have a decent size room and an actual bathroom door. Oh and our bed was two singles pushed togeher and made up that way aswel. Terrible lol.

All wonderful, room needs, we had to call for water in the room at the end of the day and glasses to drink with.
They can improve the quality of food in the restaurant!( the freshness)

The hotel and staff are lovely. We had a check in time of 2 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3:30 and we were tired after long travel. They gave us a complimentary bar credit while we were waiting.

The start was a bit rocky as we were more than 4h delayed getting into our room relative to posted check in time however staff was very accommodating, room was beautiful and there were nice extras waiting for us. The staff did break a bottle of Aesop face wash however a note and replacement was waiting for us in the room when we returned which was extremely considerate. Outside of the check in process, the stay was great and we were very satisfied with the room, the service and the hotel overall.

Beautiful hotel in the center next to opera. I had opera view which was fantastic. Excellent staff. Concierge was very helpful to me.
