Check In was easy. Very friendly welcome from staff. Room was clean and comfortable beds. Sheets were not thin and appeared to have been pressed! Breakfast had a wonderful variety of hot & cold items. I would definitely return!

Hotel was fine. Comfortable after a long day of driving. No restaurants near by.

From the moment we got to town, until we left, the entire staff was thoughtful and polite. They checked with us after we got to our room to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. My husband is handicapped and the room was as if it were designed for him. We had several stops during our trip and this was the best room/hotel we visited. (And all the other hotels were name brand) We only regretted that we were on our last stop or we would have stayed longer.

Both front desk people that I had interaction with were great assets to the hotel. Extremely helpful, efficient and professional. Although I didn't agree with the restaurant suggestion we were given, we all have different tastes. The next day we found a great Mexican restaurant. Would definitely stay there again.

the rooms are a little dated without usb plugs etc but very clean and everything working. Good breakfast. Very good choice for this area of AZ near the Petrified Forest.

Breakfast wasnt worth waking up for. Should keep it stocked until its over. Only cinnamon raisin bread. Sausages tasted old. Only apple sauce in fridge. Orange juice gave me a stomach ache. Attendant lookedcat me like i shouldnt be there. Very judgemental and im the guy who would tip you. Barhroom towlels are old. Bed slides off top base.

Friendly staff and easy check in and out. Room wasn’t perfect, but was fine.

Credit card reader was down. Manager was "on the phone" and the desk clerk was unwilling to tell him customers were waiting. So he never came to straighten things out.

My family has stayed here five times over the years. While it's not the newest property in Holbrook, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff is amazing. From front desk, breakfast and housekeeping, they always have taken great care of us. Being an older property, you'd think it would be drafty and uncomfortable. Nope. You'd think the walls would be thin and you'd hear a lot of noise from upstairs and next door. Nope. Sure, it's not five star, but we've always gotten a good nights sleep here. And that's the most important thing.

Run down property. Dirty rooms, sofa bed had dead bug inside, no linens provided for sofa bed, tiny breakfast area, broken security latch on room door, uncomfortable super firm mattress. Did not enjoy anything about this property. So unpleasant and uncomfortable we cut our stay short even though we were not refunded. Had to get out of this place!

The stay in the motel was good overall. My only complaint was regarding other guests. Several guests started up diesel pickup trucks at 0555 and began conversing with one another. Shortly after 6 A.M. they walked away (probably to have breakfast) leaving the trucks idling. They returned about 6:35 and drove away. I asked the desk clerk when I checked out and was told they have to warm up the trucks before going to work. I assume they don't pay for the diesel fuel; forty minutes of warm up is both noisey and expensive.

This was a older Nostalgic kind of motel. With that said it was very nice well kept up. I like parking by my room. Rooms have been kept up do date I have stayed here several times while traveling though. I would stay again.

As soon as we got in the room the phone rang and the hotel receptionist said we were being too loud. My husband and I had driven over 13 hours and all we wanted to do was find the bed and sleep so we could finish our trip to our son. We never even talked. Threatened to charge us a fee for being loud.
