Room was clean but had a smell if cigarettes smoke. We do not smoke and it was fairly strong.

Turned the ahower on and black dirt ran from the walls. Layer of dust on toilet. You can tell the floors have not been mopped in weeks. There was old food in the fridge. Breakfeast milk was warm and bread was hard. Waffles looked decent but after all other issues with cleanliness in lobby i didnt chance it.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Seemed bothered if asked a question. Room was dirty and smelled like a smoking room even though it was non-smoking. Ok for our one night stay but was not impressed.

The hotel overall was great. Clean room, good staff, awesome pool & spa area, decent breakfast items provided, quiet. Not a bad location either as close to many places and great freeway access

It’s a little off-putting to have signs everywhere about charges for removing things from the room (towels? Alarm clocks?) but I guess it helps keep the place in good condition. Room was clean, up to date. Beds comfortable. Wifi was good. Lots of USB and power outlets.

The suite was already filled so I was very disappointed. We had to stay in a much smaller room. He did however wave the pet fee. When we got to our room the air was not on like I had requested the tissue box was empty and we had very little toilet paper. The pool was hot and had nasty floaties in it.

Well it was a rough start the room i was give someone was already using it and the guy at the front desk blamed his staff for not doing there job but the next day i saw him checking on all the rooms that were available for thst day so not sure about that but he did get me a new room after going and checking to make sure i guess was telling the truth or not
The breakfast in the morning was not really anything three they had the cereal dispenser and some fruit but that was about it nothings really to say wow about

The hotel was nice and very clean. Our only problem was that the room was on the second floor. We had asked for a room on the ground floor due to physical limitations.
Upon arriving we were told that all ground floor rooms where booked for people with pets. We were told to call in the morning and it could be changed. We called in the morning and were told that since we had accepted the second floor the night before that was our room.
Every morning and night the stairs were a scary adventure and im just glad my mom didnt fall.
Other than that was a nice place to stay

Room was mostly clean. Front desk guy was nice. The hotel is dated but you can tell they are trying hard. Biggest complaint I had was the breakfast. That was the poorest attempt at a Continental breakfast I had ever seen. They aren't even trying. Otherwise it's a place to get thru the night.

Standard safe roadside hotel. Very quiet. Refrigerator had freezer in it which was nice. Breakfast was very limited, cereal or waffle..the fruit was apples that looked quite sad.

Was rated 3.9 stars at the time of booking. Ideally this is a 3 star motel at most..
Pros:
1. room is clean mostly where it needs (toilet, bed sheets, bed)
2. Didn't find any bugs
3. Cheap
4. Quiet
5. Comp breakfast
6. Working hot tub, strong jets and hot water
Cons:
1. Filthy everywhere else. (Walls, floors, furniture, Windows)
2. Breakfast options limited, no protein.
3. Fitness center is 3 cardio machines in a closet
4. Facility is generally in a state of disrepair. Overdue for a remodel.
It's fine for an overnight stay and that's about it.

The check-in staff was great. The morning staff was non-existent and the breakfast was almost completely depleted by 7:20am without replenishment before we had to leave. Even if breakfast was replenished it looks like waffles, toast, oatmeal and cereal are the only options and Tang or fake OJ. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, especially about the free breakfasts, but this one was particularly bad especially not replenishing the very limited carb options.

I stayed in rm 118 and it was noisy I could hear alot of machines or something maybe laundry?? Carpet was torn at the door.

Was good... Just a lot of weird people staying here... Didn't feel safe for awhile.. But finally manage to fall asleep. Our sink kept plugging up everytime we washed our hand. Room was clean everything else was ok.

Stay was ok. But I have had better stays. Bathtub was disgusting and no coffee in room. Would stay at another hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the kids loved the pool. The laundry was reasonable and it was a good hotel.

The lighting in the room was terrible. One ceiling fixture by the door for the whole room. There were a couple of lamps which helped a little. The only bathroom light in the sink area was around the back of the mirror. My wife couldn't see very well to put on her makeup. The tub had some hair in it and the complimentary shampoo was half gone like someone else had already used it. The room itself was fine. The beds and pillows were not too bad. The continental breakfast was decent.
