Basic stay, staff very nice but motel is older and rooms are smaller with cleaning very basic and toiletries very basic and breakfast basic. Ok for on the road one night during longer road trip.

Very comfortable and clean, We used the laundry and it was nice too. Breakfast was good. Found a great American Restaurant called Bienvendous. It was really good food and service with some Petrified trees in their front garden.The Petrified Forest National Park is near and we went. Awesome!

After a long drive, enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and then sitting outside on the patio.

Nice indoor pool and hot tub and the lobby decor is amazing a bronze statue of a Native American doing a spiritual dance at the entrance says attention to detail.

Room was clean and staff were so friendly!! Room was very musky or moldy smelling. Coffee was served all day which was great!

Roadside Inn with truckers parking next door and a sketchy area, we got a second floor room, we had big heavy luggage and they don’t have an elevator in the building. They did have a clean room and good options for the free breakfast.

Dislikes: said refurbished, must have skipped my room; a/c had no thermostat - on or off, no auto adjust; chair was useless - so low on the back that you could not sit in it; desk chair - black leatherette that was frayed on every corner, looked like a goodwill reject

Great place; welcoming deco with the areas sights. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice pool area. Restaurants in walking distance. Great parking with adequate parking for RV/Bus/ truck. Good breakfast.

The hotel and room was clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast was served at 5 AM. The location was good too as it was off the highway and great for a one night stay.

It was an average hotel which seems to be dated. Staff were helpful. Sausage and muffin had to be heated in a microwave, there was no hot breakfast to fill the plate.

Check in was a breeze, room was very clean, and bed was super comfortable. I just stopped for a quick hot tub and great nights sleep while on motorcycle, but i highly reccomend if staying in the holbrook area!

The property is well maintained with pretty standard options. The breakfast had some premade breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up as well as waffles and some breads and pastries. Laundry on site. Fairly clean. Of interest, unlike other hotels we have stayed in recently, this one did not have bed bug mattress covers. Looking at other options in town, this hotel was one of the better choices. The local community is a bit economically challenged with limited dining options.

Stopped after a long day driving. Young lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and friendly.

The hotel is old but clean. The front desk attendant was great. The bed was terrible and I couldn’t sleep very well. The toilet is so low it feels like it was for a toddler. I think it was overpriced.

I liked that the non-front desk doors allowed access out only. Thus, it felt safe as everyone would have to come in the front door past the front desk.
