It was great to find that we could sleep out whole family in a single room. While there were enough beds, the space between beds and walls were very tight and it felt cramped. Almost unsafe.

A few things that made the stay a bit uncomfortable: no daily housekeeping, the only mirror was in the dimly lit bathroom, window shade was broken, one light didn’t work at all, and the bathroom was in need of a deep cleaning. Also didn’t like that there was a charge for self parking on the property and wasn’t charged through Expedia, I had to pay for it at the hotel.

Air conditioner wasnt working, but was timely replaced. Black mildew on top of shower wall. Staff was friendly and helpful

Three bad things: 1) Charging $10 for parking is stealing money. Greedy. 2) The space between the beds and the wall was too tight. Couldn't have two people walk between the bed and wall so our family of 5 was constantly having to step to the side moving around 3) The sheets were tucked in so that I couldn't even pull it up to the top of the bed. Had to untuck it from between the mattress and box spring

Hotel is in a great location, close to dinning options and shopping. There are trails to walk and the area is safe and quiet. Staff was friendly and professional and attentive. Room was good, could of been a little better in the cleaning area but not bad at all.

Comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast. Convenient location for our activities for the few days we were here. Our A/C unit went out on day 2 and the staff was very accommodating and had a new unit installed the next day. I recommend staying here. They do charge $10 a night for parking.

My air conditioner was making a noise that was unbearable my wife only had 90 minutes of sleep and I had about 3 hrs of sleep.The maid service was terrible no fresh sheets or towels coffee not replenished or cups.Thanks to the night crew they did everything that the morning crew should have done.Night staff all get excellent ratings

The breakfast was lackluster. Eggs were watery, sausage did not taste like sausage. Juices were basically water with a touch of juice flavoring (apple/ orange). We stayed for 3 days and it was the same options all 3 days. Of the 2 waffle makers only 1 functioned well. When using the other the waffles stuck in it each time. I bought a bottle of Mountain Dew, 16 oz, from the front desk. They charged $4.00 for it. There are no other options and non onsite vending machines. So unless you go offsite to buy it, $4 it is. In the room we had no bottled water and 2 small glass cups. I resorted to buying bottled water, cutting the top off the bottle, and making myself a large cup to put ice in to enjoy an ice water or ice soda (I bought soda off site the next day and took it in the room). My thoughts: yes things are getting expensive, but offer the guests a few perks to make the stay memorable in the right way. 2 free bottles of water. $2 bottles of soda. Mix up the breakfast options, maybe add another couple hot trays with biscuits in one and fried potatoes in another. White gravy in a crock pot. All simple changes which would have made quite a difference.

Clean, updated, quiet, comfortable bed, nice shampoos and linens.

This was a very nice property but we would have welcomed an extra blanket and it would be nice to have a door between the vanity area and the shower/toilet room in the bathroom. Staff was terrific!
