Hotel is dated - needs a facelift. Previous remodels have gutted the character - seems like they used a shoestring budget and Pinterest for the design choices.

It was in a good location, and the room had wonderful views of the city and mountains. The lobby and entrance were luxurious. It was a 5-star hotel in its day.

The front desk was helpful throughout the night. I must have asked a dozen questions and the young man was kind, professional, and courteous. It was a fantastic experience

Everything was ok, but my showers knob was broken so you didnt know how it was turning. You had to guess how hot somthing was.

Second stay here while on a Colorado road trip.
We were given a room upgrade both times. Motel is walking distance to downtown. Perfect location!!

The hotel was clean and the front lobby was updated. However the room we stayed in was definitely not updated. First run of shower, the water had a yellow hue to it.

Very clean room which was fantastic. The remote for the TV didn’t work and the tv was very outdated. Rooms could be updated but overall was a good place to stay.

We were met by Brandon who was nice enough to give us a room upgrade! What a great surprise as it was my wife’s birthday! The hotel is spotless, every single staff person was friendly and pleasant. We could walk to many dining options and downtown Colorado Springs. We are returning in 9 days on our return to Colorado Springs. I’d give this hotel 6 stars if possible!

Hotel was ok, it needed some upgrades. Room was hot, air conditioning was not working properly. We had to ask for clean towels. We had to ask that our garbage taken out. There wasn’t a phone in our room to call front desk, so we had to go down ever time we needed something.

The hotel is much more run down than we expected. There was a dirty tissue on the floor of ours upon arrival, our room was at 60 the whole time and never felt very cool. There was a musky smell in our room, overall we wouldn’t go back sadly.

Rms are a little outdated but everything was clean . Great locations. THe 2 pools and 2 hot tubs where good as well. 1 indoor and 1 outdoor

It was by a nice park. The hotel was very rundown the pool and hot tub didn't look nice the walls were covered in scuffs mold in the shower.

The room I reserved was not actually available so in order to make my stay Happen I had to pay an extra 200$ because they only had one suite option and I did not want to make another reservation for the same amount elsewhere. I would like a refund of some sort.

Love the Antlers Hotel! It’s a beautiful, historic property in heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, brewpubs & bars. The hotel gym is absolutely amazing! There are both indoor & outdoor pools/hot tubs, a full service bar & restaurant as well as a Starbucks in the lobby. I always enjoy my stays at the Antlers, & always look forward to my next visit!

Hotel was nice, but front desk was not very helpful as soon as they saw we had a third party reservation. Lady at front desk seemed to have an attitude, I did not appreciate it after a long drive to get there.

Unfortunately my car broke down on the way to Colorado Springs causing us to miss a concert and our stay at your hotel. Thankfully and with great appreciation we did not have to pay for our stay even though it was past our check in time. We are truly grateful for that as now I have to pay to have my car fixed. Next time we plan a trip to Colorado Springs we will definitely be staying at The Antlers hotel. Thank you!

Excellent overall! The only negative was the parking garage did not always except validated tickets when leaving and the person that responded to the call button often took a long time.

We were underwhelmed with our stay at The Antlers. While the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, the entire property needed a deep clean. We were hit with a foul smell on our floor, found trash from the previous guests in our rooms, and the pool area was dirty and cluttered with used towels. The parking situation is inefficient, and we had to call a third party provider every time we wanted to exit the garage. We will likely try another property the next time we’re in the Springs.

Easy location to get around to see the sights. Walking distance to quirky shops and restaurants in Colorado Springs downtown. Definitely check out Urban Egg and go on the Ghost tour. Hotel is older but full of character and charm. Kids loved the Starbucks attached to the hotel.

Wonderful service and a fun hotel. They went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Onsite free arcade and two pools. Breakfast was very good.
