Upon arrival I was told by Mgmt. that I had not paid and needed to pay with cash. I showed her the receipt and after 30 minutes of back and forth she gave us the key to the room. We checked in then she called me back to the office telling me she needs me to pay again. I said I already paid here is the receipt, the money is gone. I had just driven 7 hours and wanted to relax and feed the kids. I s/w Expedia and they said everything is fine. Then she asked to speak to me again. Wanted cash and said she had canceled our room? I said I had just gotten off the phone with Expedia and they said all is fine not canceled. She told me I canna stay for free then started screaming at me. I tried to talk but she kept yelling so I slapped the key back on the counter and said fine, we are leaving. They followed me out and started banging on the door while we packed. I said no you’ve scared my kids and threatened me so we are done. We left immediately while they began asking us to stay. Will never stay at Motel 6 again and may never use Expedia either.

There was a problem with my reservation but they were extremely helpful in resolving it.

Poor reviews of the place, many spoke of bed bugs, poor setting and bedding conditions. Labor day weekend, so I booked online before checking reviews. Had to book sonething as options and rooms were becoming less vacant. I sat in the room looking for another hotel to rent a room, 25 minutes from Uptown, I brought my key back to the office after moving my things out of the room, telling clerk, I wasnt satisfied with the conditions.

Exactly what I paid for. I knew with the price it would be outdated. Only issue I had was when I checked in and out I had to use the night window. Not enough towels or toilet paper in the room but these were taken care of immediately. I would stay again but would not bring the family

Run down hotel that they just poorly repaint and smells like mildew, sketchy group of people in the back hanging around when we showed up . There was a A pregnancy test strip laying on the ground in the parking area just out side the door , when I was checking in there was a man leaving after checking in for a better hotel choice . The town had a college foot ball game so all other hotels was booked so moving for us was not a choice

Clean, friendly staff. Non-smoking room smelled smokie. Guedt 3 doors down we re noisy day and night.

Room was sparse.Bed spread was stained and did not look clean, bed was lumpy. TV was tiny. Loud music in the parking lot til late in the evening. Price was low but there are better places to stay on a budget.

Fine for what we pay for. Gave us an affordable option that was clean and reasonably safe.

My stay was great for the price of the room. I did have 2 surprises: (1) the AC unit was a little loud but wasn’t enough to complain to management. (2) They required a $50 deposit for incidentals that I did not see in booking information. All else was ok

I give it a 3.1 because there are no table lamps, my top spread didnt look clean ,the kids liked the pool but nothing much else ,Glad we were right at the dollar tree for food and snacks.But alone i will stay there again without kids.

Hotel need renovation. You get what you pay for but lets get real. Sister had bites when waking up. Everything in room was old and falling apart. Bathroom surprised look nice like they will be doing a make over. Just need to complete whole room.

I differnitely don’t like the way I was treated when I spoke the the owners about the rusty iron burned up my expensive blouse.!They showed me no concern they were mean people. The place is very smelly and awful smells with the entire place. Staffs was a bit pleasant! Breakfast was not a wow! repeatedly given the same stuff to eat every day.

The staff was rude. There was a $50 deposit not listed on the reservation, and for what I do not know. The room was so run down and horrible that I dont know what they could think a $50 deposit was worth in that disgusting pit of a room. The carpet was STICKY. The bedding was dirty. The room smelled of mold. The toilet MOVED when you sat down. I swear we felt things crawling on us all night. There is nothing to recommend this hotel at ANY price. Stay away from here.

It was the worse condition and I had to leave and get another hotel room at a different hotel

First impression lobby had a curry smell to it and desk staff not welcoming. Room was just painted and paint was not cleaned from counter top, there was an open junction box in the bathroom and there were no lamps just over head lighting. They should not be offering free breakfast, not a good set up.

-Holes in the walls of the bathroom T-ub clogged -Door didn’t seal so it was freezing in the room -Was given a 4 digit pin for WiFi and was not told what WiFi I was logging in to -Towels and rags were a off brown and we’re suppose to be white I guess from constant use they changed colors

The staff are very rude. I walked into my room and immediately saw stains on the bed, floor, walls and chairs. The furniture is very old and the room reaked of marijuana. Every time I walked outside of my room men would cat call me and would stare. I felt very unsafe and uneasy staying her. I was told that if I had any visitors I would be required to leave. Very rude customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.
