Not very elderly friendly
The toilet bathing area is very slippery
Need to have curtain to block water from bathing area filling tge main toilet area

The receptionist asked me to return to the Hotel to pick up the room key because the checking-in time is 2 pm and the league will also be delivered to my room. I think it is OK since I arrived Hotel earlier.
But, when I returned to the Hotel at 3:30p, they returned the luggage to me and asked me to wait for a moment because my key was not ready which is not acceptable.

From checking in to checking out. Everything was perfect, I booked three nights here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the breakfast buffet was great. Also, it’s very quiet and convenient to get around. I would recommend staying here.

Our stay had been very good. Just a little feedback. I had requested for a room with bathroom equipped with grab-bars and a shower chair for elderly/disabled persons. However, the hotel had provided us with a shower chair after I had requested for it. The dial of the water mixer at the shower had its blue button missing. It was difficult to turn on the water when our hands are wet and soapy. You need to inform the hotel of this defect for the benefit of future guests staying in room # 3024. Otherwise, our stay would be great!

Great location. The hotel is well maintained, staff is very friendly and efficient, the room was big, with enough space for three adults; clean and with a nice view. The amenities are also very nice. Swimming pool is nice and perfect for pictures at sunset.

I always stay at Crown Plaza when I come to Bangkok. Its right across the street from Lumpini Park and I walk there often. It also has the best breakfast buffet of any hotel I have stayed at and the staff in the restaurant are GREAT. The weight room is also wonderful.

We stayed for a week and we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel . Everyone is so nice and helpful . So close to everything and breakfast was awesome !

In addition to the other categories I rated 5 stars, I always stay here because the buffet breakfast and staff are great, I can go for long walks in Lumpini Park just across the street, and there is an abundance of shopping and restaurants plus a nice pool and workout room.

Very nice hotel with excellent service, a very enjoyable experiences. The hotel is at a very convenient place, with both BTS and MRT station nearby, within 5 minutes walking distance.

As a global traveller, i must say the hotel stay was very good. Inroom dining good, gym & pool fabulous.
Room was clean and comfy. Just a note - toilet was very updated bit there was a sizeable cockroach in the bathroom near the basin which bothered me a lot. But the assistance was prompt & quick by hotel staff to remove it.

I found the staff very friendly and the hotel was spacious and centrally located to everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bangkok. Pool was very nice to relax at as well.

Very clean and conveniently located hotel close to Silom underground station and Sala Daeng Sky Train station. For golf aficionados, there are dozens of golf shops nearby. The restaurant on the 23rd floor serves great breakfast with a choice of cuisines.

Superb experience all around. There was quite a bit of construction noise in the daytime but I was so jet lagged that I slept right through it. There was plenty of warning about that before and during booking and check in but I didn't care. Breakfast was fantastic, staff was impeccably polite and helpful. Room was great. I will be back.

Having stayed at other properties in Bangkok, this hotel was supreme with some of the friendliest staff known to this industry.
However, the next capital budget should include flooring upgrades to some of the units.
