It is a good value, but the bed was soooooo uncomfortable! Get new beds and we would stay here again, otherwise we probably will not.

The hotel was very nice. The check in was easy and receptionist was very friendly. Being that the hotel is very large, he was thorough in explaining parking and where things were (pool, breakfast, fitness center, etc...)
The room was a great size and very clean. Beds were comfy and pillows fluffy, not flat by any means.
Breakfast was great and the food was fresh and hot.
My only issue would be the bathroom. The water pressure is terrible and as a female with longer hair it took way too long to get the shampoo out of my hair. There was no way to adjust it either. I was going to use the conditioner provided on the wall but it was going to take about 50 pumps to get the amount I needed (which isn't much anyway) so I was glad I had my own bottle on hand. There is no bathroom fan which is a bummer too.
I would stay again for sure but make sure to remember my own toiletries.

Fantastic Hotel! I was traveling alone with my daughter and felt completely safe. The security to get in the building set my mind at ease. Clean rooms and the grounds and parking garage were amazingly clean. Staff is excellent, from the woman who checked me in, to the gentleman cleaning the elevator and even the gentleman preparing the 5:30 appetizers were extremely helpful and truly cared that I was 100% satisfied with the service they provided. You have gained a customer for life!!

The hotel is great but they put us in room 704. One of their suites. The bedroom is next door to the elevator shaft and all night it made this pounding noise. Very difficult to sleep. I told the desk staff but he didn't really seem to care.

Breakfast great, it was very clean, the water in the pool was soo cold i couldn't really enjoy it. I stayed in a suite for privacy but the doors in between had lo lock as well as the restroom door, had no privacy, no water bottles for cofee.

This hotel is located right on the water in Wichita and has been renovated. It was fine- the room (suite) was spacious and clean. My main issue with this hotel is that I found it to be very overpriced. For the price of this hotel I would expect to have a room with a nice view (not of a roof and a parking lot), nice products in the bathroom, etc. It was just very standard. The layout of the hotel is also quite odd with lots of hallways and twists and turns with too many times that you have to use your keycard. The indoor pool was freezing even though it says it is heated. Overall just a pretty mediocre stay for too high of a price.

The location is perfect. I loved the river walk. Hotel seemed big, empty and impersonal. It was clean and comfortable. It needs a bit of esthetic upgrade. We enjoyed the evening complimentary drinks and dinner and breakfast.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The pool and especially the outdoor hot tub were great. There was construction on the mezzanine so meals were in a different area but still convenient. There was a nice river walk area. Would definitely recommend.
