The hotel and staff were great. It is an older hotel but very clean. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area. It’s very close to restaurants, shopping and FAU.

I thought the hotel was cute. I usually do not like hotel where you enter your room from the outside but I did not mind this one. There are some concerns for cleanliness within the room and the shower preasure and hot water was terrible. However, the price was good and the staff was great! I would stay again.

Air conditioner was not working properly it took four days to get to an acceptable temperature. Reported but was told needed to close door to bedroom area for air to contain. Towels and rags not replenished well enough. Had to ask for more washcloths. Only provided one per day and limited towels.

Roomwr were nice and clean, but the box spring was broken and there was no hot water. If it was so late and so tired I would have requested a room with working hot water. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and was glad to not be awaken by maid staff even though we left close to 11am

Friendly staff --older hotel looks like they are working on upgrading rooms. Pool area is nice and well maintained. Back in off the main road which makes it quieter.

Room was absolutely fantastic!! Staff at reception was super nice and professional. I don’t forget to thank the cleaning staff, job is well done.

When we arrived, we were excited about our stay. The check in process was very easy and we were able to get our keys and room really. We went and dropped our luggage and of course turned down the A/C. We left to go and move my daughter out of her dorm. After spending the day moving and spending time with my daughter, we arrived back at the hotel around 10:30pm. The room was warm, the A/C showed at 77. May daughters had to go downstairs to request extra blankets and sheets for the pull out couch, and told the front desk about the A/C. The front desk moved our room to another room. We picked our stuff up and went down the hall. The key cards didn’t work for the door so we had to go back downstairs and she rekeyed the keys again. Went back to the room, and still nothing happened. I went down for the 3rd time and the front clerk moved our room to a different room. We took our belongings to that room. By now, it’s 11pm and after 4 hours of driving and moving, everyone was tired. The A/C stayed that it was set at 74, and I turned it down to 70, and about 15 minutes later it was rapidly increasing and went up to about 77. By then I was too tired to make another trip downstairs to complain about the air. When we woke up this morning the ac was reading 79. So it was a very long and hot night.

Very nice and clean, staff was very friendly, went above my expectations. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The property was a bit loud. It had construction workers that were a bit loud and a private party. All we kept hearing was the slamming of the doors and loud music. The site was also under construction and had a loud jack hammer during the day.

The property was fair but the front desk personnel was very rude and unprofessional that was my experience I believe they need more training especially with the Spanish speaking guests.

Refrigerator didnt work! At all ... and room felt damp. Like made bedding feel weird! We were in room 321.

Beware if you are disabled!!! I booked a month in advance requesting a disabled room. There was no walk-in shower for physical disabilities. Specifically asked for a walk-in shower. I called a week prior, they assured me a room was reserved. Not true. Room had a tub that I could not lift my legs to get into! I immediately requested a change. The night staff would say we don’t have a room the morning staff would say we have a room. I spent four days not being able to shower in Florida with that kind of heat. For this reason alone, I will never stay here again. They are not to be trusted.

Terrible! I canceled my stay after getting into the room. TVs and light switch were not working. There was no manager on duty, and several people complained about the service, room issues, etc. It's not the holiday I know.

I reserved a double bed suite upon check in I was told it was sold out and my daughter and I stayed in a king bed and pullout sofa room . They had no pillows and sheets for the pullout. This is unacceptable !! We are so disappointed!

Shower door in operable, bathroom dilapidated, ice machine on ground floor not operating, TV service from direct tv was intermittent. Front desk staff was very courteous and friendly.

In room coffee maker did not work; televisions did not work and WiFi was spotty at best.
