Great stay for two nights. Close to the bus stops and La Guardia which was convenient for our travel time and we got to explore a bit more with the buses.

The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was also large relative to the whole room size. Staff was very friendly and prompt in helping. The shuttle service to the airport (LaGuardia) was a convenient service, which, they said, runs every 30 minutes but seems to run more frequently, and it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes from and to the airport C Terminal (Delta).

Very clean and well kept. Reception always courteous. Room very clean.
We were in a handicap room with a walk-in shower (my husband uses a walker) the floor was very slippery and the seat a little slanted. Yes; he did fall. Housekeeping came with 2 men and got him up.
I was disappointed that management did not even call to see if he was ok.
Even without that incident, housekeeping staff, one of the best anywhere.

The location is great for those needing a hotel near LaGuardia. The free shuttle was reliable, nice size and the driver proactively helpful with baggage. Hotel room layout was good and room was clean, comfortable bed and it was quiet. They were having temporary repair work done the day we were there, but the staff and manager provided excellent service. We would definitely stay there again.

really high price for a stay here... i would say a little below avg.. it is quiet for being next to airport though. The restaurant manager and our server were really hospitable and friendly.

We stayed at Aloft due to an early flight out of LaGuardia. The hotel was clean, beds and rooms were comfortable and amazingly quiet given that it is almost on airport property. Shuttle to the airport took 5 minutes. I would stay here again or other Aloft based on our experience.

Convenient for access to LaGuardia Airport and not far from CitiField, but aside from a food truck in front, there is nothing to walk to. It was quite green and quiet for an airport hotel.

Very good near the airport.
Would request shuttles to be allowed to come 15 min before instead of letting guests wait for 30 min. Staff did apologize and provided free breakfast coupons but time is important especailly in city like NY.

Only critiques: Only had decaf coffee pods in the room and digital TV check=out was not working. Also, when I called the checkout number on the in room phone went to voicemail that was full. Otherwise, great place for the price if needing a close stay to the airport.

Parking was awful. Had to pay $32 to park, staff was not overly friendly. Room was dark and gloomy

Bartender was great as was breakfast server. Front desk staff not very friendly at check in. Rook was spacious. Don’t love the sink outside of the bathroom or the sliding door to the bathroom. Plenty of activities to occupy time inside the hotel which was a surprise. Hard to find a room with two queen beds and this hotel was a good choice for us.

Parking completely stinks. The lot is gated, small and tight for driving. Oh, and an additional $32. Not sure I trust the surrounding area for walking, etc.... My room was neat, clean and comfortable. There was an LGA shuttle beginning at 0400. That helped. I returned my rental that night and Aloft picked me up and brought me back to the hotel. The room was very cool, modern in design which was a plus.

Overall, great experience that made for easier travel days. First they (Aloft) came and picked us up from Hertz, saving us time and hassle. Since, we were planning to take shuttle to the airport then get hotel shuttle. And again in morning easy shuttle the to airport.
Also, had amazing seafood pasta for dinner, (which is not often said for hotel food). So if ever traveling thru LGA we would stay here again.
