My door could be opened without a keycard, room service was non existent. The floors were very dirty and so was the furniture. The only kida good thing is its close to the airport, but its a trap.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I got rear ended and was sceptical about leaving a car with a broken window there but they helped to patch it and make sure my car was by the windows. Hotel itself was very dirty. First night it smelt like smoke, walls were dirty and the shower curtain was hanging on by a thread.

Just needed a room for myself to catch early morning flight at LGA. I’m not real picky so went cheap ($300/night after taxes etc.). 2nd floor Room didn’t appear to have even been vacuumed in a while. Thermostat on wall was non functional. Ran A/C unit in window on Hi the entire time and while it was putting out cool air, it did not cool the room. Window was open when arrived and when closed there was no way to lock it. It was 2nd floor, so someone could have come in through the window if they wanted to. TV was useless - online booking said breakfast included but that was not accurate. While the staff was pleasant, it was a very uncomfortable stay overall.

The cockroaches looked like they were very comfortable in our room. They were running around all the surfaces including the beds, walls, ceilings, shower and toilet. We walked in, looked around and promptly left.

If you like the smell of decomposing bodies masked by the overuse of fabulosity than this is the place for you. Please is dirty infested and with cockroaches. Do not recommend.

Pros: location is near the airport and they could provide a room with 2 beds for a flight arriving around midnight. Staff was friendly. AC in room was adequate.
Cons: bugs- I saw dead ones stuck inside the picture on the wall plus a couple small ones in the bathroom. I didn’t really ever relax thinking about how many others might be there. Dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I didn’t want to take my shoes off in the room. Might not have been vacuumed in a year. Gray stains on the towels. No coffee maker in the room.

The hotel is very dirty and the staff are rude. I put a piece of furniture behind the door at night because I was afraid of the environment. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to leave the windows open to alleviate the smell. There weren't enough towels and when I asked the staff, he didn't give me the amount I needed. I don't recommend it.

Without a doubt, the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We did an overnight for a very early flight out of LGA. It would be more sanitary to sleep on the floor at the airport than stay in this room or hotel ever again. You really should consider not listing them as an option for your site. See photos attached. I mean look at the graphite on the furniture, and the condition of the lampshades. We were terrified to leave our suitcases on the floor.

Microwave in the room didnt work. AC in room needs to replace fan. I got sick from breathing that dusty and humid air. Found several roaches in room and bathroom. The queen bed had blood stain right underneath the sheets i was sleeping on. I never had such horrible experience jn a hotel.

Stinks of urine, dirty. Cochroaches, flies, dirty linen. Stay cause flights was cancelled. Booked for 2 couldn't even stay the 1 night... Expedia should be ashamed of themselves to have this place on the web. I took pictures of everything. I need my money back or I'm going to post all this on Social media. We stayed here due to the computer outage which meant Delta cancelled our flight. It was the only hotel under $700 available that night. Close to La Guardia is its only true asset. To be fair the room was clean but very dated. Very dated bathroom but again clean. There even provided for all five of us in the family to stay in the sane room. 2 double bed and a sofa bed.

Cockroaches, room key never work and required staff to come open door and staff that was never at the front desk. Pee smell in stairway, mold on lamps and did not turn on, floor was broken and breaking apart. Never smelt clean. Shower curtains not clean. Elevator always felt unsafe and ready to break. We never stayed at our hotel, only when we needed to sleep and that was only the first night; we never wanted to be anywhere close due to all these conditions. Highly do not recommend.

The description said it offered free shuttle to the airport, which was not true. We had to call Uber. The bathroom shower curtain was grossly dirty. We only had one towel and the pillows in the bed were pitiful.

Flight cancelled so in a act of desperation quickly booked this motel without reading the reviews.
The check in area has a man behind glass with only a slot for cc and IDs to slip through. Smells very musty and old. Room did not have working refrigerator, 1 lamp non-working, marginal AC. Used TV only to hook up to laptop.
Inspected bed for bugs. Mattress and sheets were clean-ish. Saw 1 small bug in bathroom but that was it. Walls are thin and could hear our neighbor talking. Was grateful there was a liquor store practically in their parking lot- don’t think I could have slept without the bottle of wine I drowned my sorrows in! Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $100 for a decent hotel.

The word “DIRTY” doesn’t do justice. The bed has actual dirt and stains on all the sheets. The blankets had moth bites and cigarette burns. The bathroom had trash in the bin and cream all over the counter. The ground had not been vacuumed and was full of dirt and trash. It should be shut down- there is no reason to ever stay in this place again. I had to check to make sure there weren’t cockroaches before I slept. The manager did not care to ensure its cleanliness when we complained, it’s clearly a scam for money. Will be reporting this place to the department of health for major cleanliness concerns.

The rooms we were assigned (room 201) was filled with live roach activity. It was very disturbing. I end up leaving the room and sleeping inside my vehicle. Horrible
