Compared to a lot of the reviews of this hotel I had a very pleasant stay overnight being so close to the airport. You could hear the planes come in and out, but it was not enough to cause issues sleeping. Room was clean and comfortable. I will certainly stay here again.

Clean, easy, and convenient. Really helpful people. There’s a taco bodega right next door inside the car wash :D They have full options for breakfast and were super nice about making me a taco.

Solid hotel outside the city close to LGA. Super convenient and the shuttle was perfect. Staff was nice and bed was comfortable. Good option for a quick night before flying out. Looks like they recently did a remodel and was better than expected after reading some older reviews.

Ok Hotel. Clean, great location but there isn’t much soundproofing so you will hear everything from corridor and also outside. But bed was really comfy.

We were stranded for 12 hours at LaGuardia. We found the Avion. Not very good reviews. We took a chance because the hotel was close to the airport and it had shuttle service. We made to to the hotel and checked in. it was WONDERFUL. Room was clean and comfy. The front desk personnel were so kind! Had to catch the shuttle prior to the hotel starting breakfast. They offered us breakfast bags!!!! How nice is that!!! They made our unfortunate event work out!!!! Do not hesitate to book here!!! Thank you Avion!!

I provided info that I was flying into Delta terminal C but the shuttle driver told me the front desk wrote down terminal B...so my time as well as drivers time was wasted. Nothing will prepare you for the noise of the planes overhead. I was expecting that but the ongoing testing of the fire alarm was too much. I didn't see any onsite eateries or vending machines and it was not a great place to walk to get good. Had to order in. Also had to leave one night early early due to Hurricane Helene. I told the front desk as soon as I knew and got the travel warning. Both Delta and Jetblue were understanding but Avion in was NOT. The regular price is around $180 a night and I paid almost $700. Not a good experience.

Mohamed at the front desk is very helpful. Convenient to airport. Carpets are worn and dirty. Need replacement.

Area considerd bot isolated, shopping, dining are very far. However they employed a excellent, professional and friendly front deck staff

It's small and the shuttle hours are weird. The website for the hotel was inaccurate. It states the shuttle runs from 4am-1130pm. This is not the case. It runs from 4am-11:30am then from 5pm-11:30pm.

This is conveniently close to the LaGuardia airport. This is good but if you can’t deal with the constant flyby engine noise, probably it’s not for you. There was not breakfast as advertised, just a small area with coffee.

Horrible neighborhood with homeless people on the benches outside and camped in the street. So sad for them. This is not a 3 star hotel in any way! At $300 a night it is ridiculous. The staff was so sweet but there were hairs in the bathtub when we arrived and doors slammed all night.

You could see daylight around the door and the deadbolt didn’t line up to lock. I stuffed towels around the door in an attempt to muffle all the noises from the hallway, but it did not help. Looks like a couple of vans set up for homeless camps just outside the front door - no fault to the hotel but something to consider if you’re driving and parking here.
