Appreciate the historic value and architecture of the property. Was mortified to be served room service breakfast on my husband's birthday - from plastic containers in a brown paper bag. Stature and elegance has definitely gone done the tubes. And there was no glass of champagne greet on arrival.

Very beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. Yes the hotel is older but it is still very beautiful. The AC worked great and we had no issues with the elevator. We had requested hotel rooms near each other for my family and they put us right next to each other! Made it very
Convenient. We did have an issue with the mini bar. My dad of course picked up all the items and you get charged immediately. We asked the front desk about this and they removed the charges. Lesson learned tho!

Very nicely renovated hotel. First time there, and it exceeded my expectations. Excellent restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The pillows were very over used for the price. Service was friendly though and within walking distant to many sites.

We initially had an issue with a very noisy air conditioner and after an attempted to fix this, we were given another room and a bottle of bubbles as compensation for bed night's sleep.
We would particularly like to thank Sarah for resolving this issue.

This hotel was amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bedding was superb. Towels were huge and soft. Streaming was great! Would recommend 100%

Our stay was great! Super convenient to a Metro station and to the White House. Lots of Restaurants in the surrounding blocks. Room was bigger in size and very comfortable. It was nice having a window with a decent view. Staff was super friendly especially Jordan at the front desk!

Hamilton Hotel is always my go to hotel whether a quick ovwrnight stay or a weekend staycation. Although valet parking is pricey per night, the overall servixe from check in to check out is top tier. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Plenty of pillows , Great water pressure and big towels that cover your qhole body because thats important. They are located witin walking dostance from great restaurants , parks and shopping.

The room was old and dated, there frequently were long waits for the lift, we had a coffe machine that did not work. AC was noisy even by hotel standards

There were some ups and downs. Junk fees for no reason. The sound from adjacent rooms didn’t stop until 2 PM. The curtains didn’t close causing light to pour in all night. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Having chromecast was great. The toiletries were decent quality. Staff was excellent. Main restrooms smelled. Water cooler in the lobby was great. Location is great for transit.

Unfortunately there is ONLY ONE ROOM OUT OF HUNDREDS OF ROOMS AT HOTEL THAT IS TRULY ADA ACCESSIBLE WITH A SHOWER BENCH ON THE WALL.
I got the one room — but you cannot claim to be accessible and not provide a benches. It’s unconscionable and must be fixed because it’s a lovely hotel.
Sarah at desk is top notch, as is Tony in consierge— but it means nothing if I can’t stay there because that one room is occupied in the future. PLEASE DO BETTER THIS IS AN EASY INEXPENSIVE FIX. PLS ADD SHOWER BENCHES IN ALL OF THE HANDICAP ROOM, IF NOT ALL ROOMS WITH A SHOWER. ONLY THEN WILL YOU BE 5 STARS

The property is outdated, wallpaper falling in rooms, small rooms, slow check in, just ok restaurant and very, very slow elevators. Locstion is good and I liked the water station downstairs.

The hotel looks nice and is well-located. The shower head in the bathroom had definitely seen better days - many of the holes were blocked with scale, and when you tried to scrape to clear them the rubber would just disintegrate. Additionally, the air conditioning had intermittent issues during my stay (some of the hottest days of summer)

Great location. Lots of food options close by. The gym is tiny though, with few equipment. I had $20 credit at the property restaurant but didn’t know because the staff never mentioned it. Check out was problematic because the hotel charged my card $500 more than the quoted price at booking. Manager on premise could not resolve the issue.
