Was clean, comfortable, breakfast not so good.

Old hotel, typical American style. Needs renovation, the whole hotel was old and worn. Most of the already poorly equipped gym was unserviceable. It is ok for one night, but not more. Breakfast was not good, but sufficient to get something at least (except the coffee, way too weak, like tea and it was to be honest undrinkable).

Great Hotel for $100 or Less but they get to now Charge about $170 or More when the Braves are playing so that's close to 100 Days a yr prices in that are shall be Jacked Up BUT Some "People" don't care about prices that are obviously Higher for No reason. BOTH Treadmills in the gym were Broke. Slim Chance they broke at the same time other than that it's a Nice Spot. Ladies Doing Breakfast do a pretty good job. Nothing Fancy but it's Free "Snack" Not a totally Real breakfast but this isn't Embassy Suites or Higher.

The check in process was amazing. Front end receptionist was delightful and energized. The breakfast was nice. The room was nice and the hotel was centrally located to the highway.

The layout of the room didn’t match the photos. The sink was outside the bathroom, which was weird. The toilet room was so cramped, you couldn’t close the door and be on the toilet at the same time. I didn’t want to close the door tho because it was so tiny I felt claustrophobic. Also, idk if it’s because the doors are metal or the gaps in the doors are too large, but the sound around the hotel REALLY travels. I was in bed and literally heard someone sneeze in the room across the hall AND someone saying bless you lol. The room also says there’s a microwave but I found out later that some rooms don’t have them but that you can ask the front desk for one. I learned that while I was checking out. One thing I liked is there are two entrances for both parking lots so you have easy access no matter where you park. The location is AWESOME, close to any and everything. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t stay in the same room. There is no option though to choose any sort of upgraded room so I’m not sure how I would go about getting a better room next time that had an actual full sized bathroom. Another thing I really liked is it felt safe. There are two sets of double doors and the second set are locked after a certain time, only accessible with your room key

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I called when i booked my stay to see if they had a shuttle to the venue i was going to be attending, and i was told that they did. On the night i arrived i was told that they did in fact have a shuttle, but that the staff member had not seen it since she got there. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle and still ended up having to pay for parking at the venue.

Very comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Very quiet clean room. Furniture is a weird Metallica design. This time Hotels.com did not mess up and actually allowed the use of my reward certificate to go through. It was a real fight with Hotels.com constantly changing the booking details to try and kill the reward certificate which forces you to be very vigilant when trying to use it. certificate.
