Just what we needed

Wonderful place. The room smelled good, I did not have to ask for a new one. The staff is friendly, the coffee is awesome. The breakfast was delicious. We had a perfect stay here.

Mean hotel and room were immaculate! I specifically selected this hotel because they're free shuttle service to the airport starts at 4:30 a.m. and I needed a very early time to head to Dulles airport. Even that early in the morning as I was waiting for the shuttle they were very polite courteous and appreciative of me staying at their hotel. I will definitely go to this hotel again!

The only issue that I had with my stay was that I expected to have a microwave in my room. It was a slight inconvenience making trips to the lobby to use the microwave there. Other than this my stay was great.

Wonderful check in, clean room, very comfortable beds, and timely shuttle to meet flight time. Will stay again and recommend it.

My room was nice, but there was no way to adjust the showerhead, the TV would not stay on so that every 20 minutes or so it turned off, and I had to wait over an hour for the airport shuttle, which was supposed to run every half an hour.

Even though our flight was extremely late getting in, the 2 young men at the desk were so patient and kind and one of them was even off the clock!! The lobby was packed with late arrivals yet they were quick to get us checked in! 5Stars to these men!! lobby wasthise w

Arrived to check in after late flight and the attendant informed us they overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms available......in spite of our reservation. Offered no assistance, credit, apology, etc. It took us two hours to find another available room over an hour away.

A very nice airport hotel with a free shuttle, comfortable bed, strong a/c and wonderful service. I look forward to overnighting here again.

Staff was very helpful; rooms were very good, clean.. no issues. In addition, Cracker Barrel shares the same parking lot making it convenient for dinner after travel.

The gentleman at the front desk seemed to have a snarky attitude towards us. I’m not sure if it was a racial thing but he seemed to act different with other customers. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the person that checked us in could use some customer service training. I usually don’t leave reviews like this but I just don’t want this to happen to someone else. All clients should be respected no matter who they are.

The property was good. They offered a nice hot breakfast. My only issue was that they didn't offer USB charging ports. Part of it was on me for not bring a regular plug and for assuming every hotel had USB charging ports. Luckily the tv had one USB port and i was able to use that to charge my phone.
